Personnel au petit soin
Pros:

Lieu très jolie, personnel extrêmement gentil, bon petit déjeuner, bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons pu laisser les bagages pour la journée

Super aardige mensen, een fijne gemeenschappelijke ruimte, mooi balkon bij de kamer waar je lekker kon zitten en een heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt. Mochten na de nachtbus direct inchecken en kregen ontbijt, super fijn.

Ideaal, comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf
Pros:

Een enorm gastvrij, vriendelijk en comfortabel verblijf. Na vroege aankomst per nachtbus kreeg ik een heerlijk ontbijt. Ontbijt was elke dag heerlijk. De kamer iscomfortabel en de ruime accomodatie is rustig en ligt vlakbij de plaza de armas en het busstation. Een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteits verhouding.

Die Gastgeber waren beide wahnsinnig freundlich uns sehr um unser Wohl bemüht, haben uns Tipps gegeben und leckeres abwechslungsreiches Frühstück zubereitet!

Cons:

Es war leider sehr dreckig. Das Bad und vor allem der Boden sahen so aus als ob gar nicht geputzt wurde. Der Boden war voller schwarzer Haare.
Es war laut, vor allem morgens ab halb 6. Die Fenster über den Türen hatten kein Glas, wodurch man jedes Geräusch vor der Tür und von der Straße gehört hat.

El ambiente familiar, desayuno diferenre cada dia, a menos de 10 mintos andando de la plaza de armas. Todo muy limpio y agradable.

Very comfortable and helpful
Pros:

Excellent and very helpful host who let us in early and gave us breakfast. Use of kitchen for dinner was great and the breakfast always prompt and tasty Very welcoming even though we don’t speak Spanish

Comfortable and friendly place
Pros:

The hosts/staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was different every day and always delicious.

Cons:

Curtains in my room would have been nice. Although the windows were all glazed so no one could see in my room, but if the light in the hallway was turned on, it would light up my room.

Good Value
Pros:

The location was good, the house is large and beautiful yet rustic, the hosts were fantastic. It is a great value for the price. Breakfast was always great!

Cons:

I don't think you can escape the chickens and roosters and hens waking up at 4am anywhere in Chachapoyas. You can hear them well from the neighbors around.
Also, there were sections of the bathroom and room that needed dusting and cleaning.

Pros:

We arrived early on an overnight bus, and not only did they let us check in early, they prepared breakfast for us too! We were also able to store our luggage for the day until the time of our onward bus
