Pros:

Sehr freundliche Betreiber. Angenehmer Gästekontakt. Wir haben vor Ort eine Fahrt nach Kualep mit Joel gebucht. Dies war auch sehr gut.

Pros:

El sr. Guillermo fue muy amable, nos dió facilidades de ingresar antes del check in y también para el check out. La habitación tenía balcon con vista a la ciudad y el desayuno regional muy rico.💯😊

Wonderful stay in Chachapoyas
Pros:

My partner and I arrived from Mancora very early in the morning. After this long bus journey, Guillermo received us hours before our check-in and even gave us breakfast. When we left (again with a night bus), he also let us check out late - which we really appreciated. The breakfasts here were really amazing (actually it was the best breakfast we had on our whole trip). Guillermo and his sister were really kind and lovely hosts. The room was perfect, there is a great view of Chachapoyas from the top balcony and a beautiful garden. We even saw a sword-billed hummingbird from here! We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to others!

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Muy bonito
Pros:

Son muy amables y nos dan acceso a entrar y salir a la hora que deseemos de la casa sin ningún problema. Tiene una vista muy bonita

Que no limpien por cada noche que nos quedemos en el hotel.

Chambre propre, salle de bain avec eau chaude, cuisine commune, petit-déjeuner frais et copieux, personnel très sympathique et arrangeant (nous avons pu avoir la chambre dès notre arrivée à 7H ainsi qu’un petit-déjeuner)

Life in Chachapoyas
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here, the hosts were first class, the breakfasts were unique and traditional, the location was a couple blocks from the center, incredible sunsets whenever there were few clouds, big and spacious room, I had a room for 2 with en suite bathroom. Loved the turkey next door giving wake up calls!

Cons:

It was all good.

Muy cómodo y atención amable
Pros:

Me gustó la habitación, bastante cómoda, relación precio calidad estuvo muy bien, las vistas demasiado bellas, el personal muy amable y atento, desayuno muy rico, había agua caliente, había cocina para poder utilizar, también caminar por los ambientes

Cons:

Los acabados de las ventanas como las cortinas o la ventana de baño, pero por relación al costo la habitación estuvo muy bien, no tengo quejas

A great place to stay in Chachapoyas.
Pros:

Pros:

The people there are super friendly and the breakfast was sooo good. They let us check in early since we arrived with the night bus and even made us breakfast. When we went to Cocachimba for a few days they let us store our big backpacks without hesitation.

Cons:

Only that it was cold in the room and the bathroom.

Very clean and nice hosts

Cons:

Not sure why this place is amongst the highest rated in Chachapoyas.. we actually left after 1 night (out of 4) because:
- The room was tiny, like we had no place to open our luggage
- it was cold
- the host didn't speak english
- we couldn't figure out the shower; could only get hot water for 3 mins intervals. It seemed makeshift, with some electrical wires sticking out, which we thought i's hazardous

It may be more suitable for backpackers, but not for families

Pros:

Super sympa, joli, calme, propre, eau bien chaude. Très bon accueil, excellent petit déjeuner. Tout ça fait un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Bravo.
