Pros:

The people there are super friendly and the breakfast was sooo good. They let us check in early since we arrived with the night bus and even made us breakfast. When we went to Cocachimba for a few days they let us store our big backpacks without hesitation.

Cons:

Only that it was cold in the room and the bathroom.

Very clean and nice hosts

Cons:

Not sure why this place is amongst the highest rated in Chachapoyas.. we actually left after 1 night (out of 4) because:
- The room was tiny, like we had no place to open our luggage
- it was cold
- the host didn't speak english
- we couldn't figure out the shower; could only get hot water for 3 mins intervals. It seemed makeshift, with some electrical wires sticking out, which we thought i's hazardous

It may be more suitable for backpackers, but not for families

Pros:

Super sympa, joli, calme, propre, eau bien chaude. Très bon accueil, excellent petit déjeuner. Tout ça fait un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Bravo.

Warm place run by local family
Pros:

The hosts are very nice and attentive, the breakfast was homemade, very tasty and good quantity. The place is simple but beautiful and welcoming. We didn't share much time with them but they try to share some time with the guests, maybe have a drink or a cake in the evening.
It's also located close to one of the main colectivo terminals where you depart for all the day-trip visits in the area.

Cons:

The kitchen was not fully equipped but still enough for simple cooking like pasta.

La terrasse avec vue sur la ville

Cons:

La salle de bains exigue. Le petit dejeuner au minimum. Pain pas frais passé au grille pain. J ai du payer un supplément pour une petite boite de lait Gloria soi disant parce que ce n était pas au menu. Le café au lait est un classique pour les Européens.!!!

Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet nicht luxuriös (das kann man bei dem Preis auch wirklich nicht erwarten), aber hatte Alles, was man benötigt!
Am besten gefallen haben uns die Hosts - Guillermo und Lola sind wirklich wahnsinnig lieb und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt! Außerdem durften wir auch die Schlüssel am letzten Tag bis abends behalten und unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht wirklich Vorhänge und es ist relativ hellhörig (Hunde, Hähne, …) - mit Ohropax hatten wir aber kein Problem :)

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unfassbar gut
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Smoothies/Säften. Portion für kostenloses Frühstück sehr groß.
Nette Gastgeber, ruhige Gegend und schöner Hof.
Für den Preis unglaublich gut, man hat eigentlich nur das Frühstück und nicht das Zimmer bezahlt.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hell, wenn draußen Licht an ist, Badezimmer war nicht ganz sauber.

Un hébergement offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix à proximité du centre de Chachapoyas
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité de Guillermo, qui nous a accueilli et conseillé pendant notre séjour à Chachapoyas. Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces communs et le balcon avec vue sur la ville. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix était excellent.

Cons:

Les équipements, le confort et la propreté de la chambre était corrects mais tout de même assez modestes.

El lugar ideal para explorar Chachapoyas
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación céntrica del hotel en Chachapoyas, que facilitó explorar la ciudad sin complicaciones. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, creando un ambiente cálido. Las habitaciones resultaron cómodas y bien cuidadas, ideales para descansar. Además, cada detalle del servicio hizo que mi estancia de pocos días fuera fantástica, combinando comodidad, hospitalidad y una experiencia inolvidable.

Emplacement nickel entre le centre et les bus pour kuelap. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux et varié. Hôtes agréables. Douche réellement chaude. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Joli petit balcon.

Cons:

Lit un peu grinçant, voisinage un peu bruyant (plusieurs coqs dans le coin qui semblent proche des fenêtres).

Pros:

Das Besitzerpaar war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Ich wurde trotz später Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen - mir wurde sofort ein Tee sowie eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen angeboten. Da der Preis für eine Nacht sehr günstig ist, kann man nicht allzu viel erwarten. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es gab sogar warmes Wasser, was wirklich top ist. In der Nacht wurde es ziemlich kalt, jedoch hatte man ausreichend Decken. Jedoch gibt es kein Fenster im Zimmer, was man öffnen kann und auch das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster, sondern nur eine Plastikscheibe, die vor Kälte und Insekten etc. geschützt hat. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis wirklich gut. Aber da ich mir gerne mein eigenes Frühstück zubereite, habe ich mir dieses in der Küche selbst zubereitet. Diese ist ordentlich ausgestattet, es reicht um sich einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Wer also wenige Tage in Cajamarca unterkommen möchte, dem empfehle ich die Unterkunft. Die Lage ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber ein kurzer Fußmarsch und man ist dort.

Cons:

Helligkeit in den Zimmern, fehlendes Fenster, Lautstärke (ohne Ohrstöpsel schon sehr laut)

Beautiful place with warm people
Pros:

Extremely warm hosts and a delicious breakfast. Guillermo and his sister are amazing people that from the first moment made us feel welcome! The shared spaces are filled with plants and breakfast each day is made with love and organic ingredients. Room is spacious and clean! All in all very good stay!!

It can be a bit noisy in the rooms due to proximity to the street and the chickens
