גיירמו המארח היה גולת הכותרת. תמיד זמין, 24/7, מדבר אנגלית סבירה, מכין ארוחות בוקר מפנקות, משלבות מאכלים מסורתיים, מגוונות ומתואמות אתנו, קשוב לכל בעיה ונרתם לעזור עד שנפתרת [הלך אתנו מיוזמתו למרכז, לעזור לנו לשחרר חבילה!!]
הכל היה נקי ומתוקתק (הדוש טעון שיפור)

Guillermo, el anfitrión, fue lo mejor. Siempre disponible, las 24 horas, habla un inglés aceptable, prepara desayunos exquisitos, combinando platos tradicionales, variados y adaptados a nuestras necesidades, atento a cualquier problema y dispuesto a ayudar hasta solucionarlo [¡incluso nos acompañó al centro por iniciativa propia para ayudarnos a liberar un paquete!]. Todo estaba limpio y agradable (la ducha necesita mejoras).

Guillermo, the host, was the highlight. He was available 24/7, spoke decent English, and prepared exquisite breakfasts—combining traditional, varied dishes tailored to our needs. He was attentive to any issues and ready to help until they were resolved (he even took the initiative to accompany us into town to help us release a package!). Everything was clean and pleasant (though the shower could use some improvement).

Pros:

Chambre très confortable, propre et douche avec eau chaude. L’accueil est très chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners sont bons, locals et changent tous les jours. Bien placé à 7min à pied du centre-ville d’un côté et du terminal Etsa de l’autre côté permettant de prendre des collectivos pour aller aux différents points d’intérêts de la région

Pros:

Guillermo was an incredibly attentive host. He let me check in early, and leave my bags for the day before I left. His sister Lola was lovely, and the food they make is delicious and wholesome. The terrace is a lovely place to sit, the location calm & quiet. I would stay here again.

Super aardige mensen, een fijne gemeenschappelijke ruimte, mooi balkon bij de kamer waar je lekker kon zitten en een heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt. Mochten na de nachtbus direct inchecken en kregen ontbijt, super fijn.

Ideaal, comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf
Pros:

Een enorm gastvrij, vriendelijk en comfortabel verblijf. Na vroege aankomst per nachtbus kreeg ik een heerlijk ontbijt. Ontbijt was elke dag heerlijk. De kamer iscomfortabel en de ruime accomodatie is rustig en ligt vlakbij de plaza de armas en het busstation. Een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteits verhouding.

Cons:

Es war leider sehr dreckig. Das Bad und vor allem der Boden sahen so aus als ob gar nicht geputzt wurde. Der Boden war voller schwarzer Haare.
Es war laut, vor allem morgens ab halb 6. Die Fenster über den Türen hatten kein Glas, wodurch man jedes Geräusch vor der Tür und von der Straße gehört hat.

Excellent and very helpful host who let us in early and gave us breakfast. Use of kitchen for dinner was great and the breakfast always prompt and tasty Very welcoming even though we don’t speak Spanish
