Beautiful spaces! Warm, welcoming staff! Highly recommend to all ❤️

It was just perfect and convenient for the things that we needed to do, and would stay here the next time if we visited Samoa.

Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, 10/10 customer service!
Accommodation and room was great, toilets need to be flushed more frequently than usual to avoid blocking haha
Beds are quite hard, which suited my back well but the mrs wasnt as keen 😅
Hot water takes time to kick in but it does warm up after a few minutes, so be patient
Google maps tells you to turn down at the wrong point, but need to turn down the next side street where a sign says

Great service, clean, close to town

Check in took a deposit of $150 cash tala (refundable). No real orientation given. Dryer wasnt working and i think drying was $40 tala and washing was $30 tala. My room smelt like wet dog and I found a towel from a previous occupant behind the door. Had to air out the room. No TV available. Hot water system was really finniky. Thank goodness aircon worked. Really just used the room to bath and sleep and theres not really much to do at the hotel. Will i be going back there unlikely.... Interesting stay though

Laimoa was great and convenient for the purpose of my stay to be close to the hospital as my mom was in the hospital for a lengthy amount of time! The staff was accommodating especially Lisa, and the other fijian girl, they were always welcome when we asked to used the microwave, I really do appreciate it, as my little girl only eats homemade meals, and often time needs heating up. Overall the facility is good, there’s always room for improvements such as having few things install in rooms, such as microwave, TV, wifi etc.. but overall the facility is well maintained

This place is okay, but when there’s a party or a special event happening at this place, it would be hard to find some peace and quiet plus no parking space.

Customer service was spot on,it was raining in the morning didn’t want to go out for breakfast And they were kind enough to serve us in the room..Very quiet and easier especially when you have a loved one in the hospital but your family is far from Apia,you can shower and have a little nap before a night shift caring for them 😍

Stayed here for 2 weeks! Very beautiful, enjoyed our stay here! Staff were lovely, everything was perfect. 💛
