Pool was filthy and was being cleaned during 3 days of oue stay.

Everything was excellent

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. Had to wait over an hour for a security guard to find my key even though I notified them I’d be getting in late. Online it says there will be someone at the desk until 11pm. I showed up a little before 10pm and there was no staff anywhere and no one picked up the phone. Also my key fob didn’t work the second half of my stay trapping me outside on a couple occasions. Understaffed condo building. Not a hotel.

The room was nice and well equipped - however there was some old bottle beneath bed making it seem as though the room has not been cleaned thoroughly.

Location was good - easy 10 minute bus into town. Gym was well equipped

Staff were friendly but inexperienced e.g. we asked about possibility of extending our stay by a night - the receptionist “checked” and told us no room was available - there was, as we had seen available online, therefore kindly asked if he could check again - reception told us only then that “actually yes there is one available”

We chose not to stay longer in the end but if we had wanted to - if we had not checked ourselves and took on board what the receptionist originally told us then it wouldn’t have been possible. It just seemed as though there wasn’t a genuine effort to assist.

Specifically paid for a stay with a pool. Pool was closed for seemingly no reason for 4+ days out of the stay.

Parking Garage is run by Metropolis and triple-charged on certain days

Hotel / Apartment itself is nice but given the "studio layout", the bedroom isnt really a bedroom and not closed off - good for singles, not so great for couples trying to do work / sleep at the same time

Staff were helpful and professional and pleanty of dogs to pat!

Very nice staff. Beautiful hotel.
Parking on site can get expensive for a long stay, if you aren’t diligent on voiding it. It’s nice that’s it’s not DOWNTOWN downtown, but it’s a 5min drive or 30min walk that can be sketchy.

The pool was emptied during our stay because someone broke the sauna door, so they had to clean it up. But after a few days I wasn’t even allowed to sit in the lounge chairs, was kicked out for reading on a comity chair. It was very very hot and we had planned to use the pool daily. Then after our stay was over it still wasn’t usable, so I asked for a small partial refund for the pool, since that is why we chose this hotel at all, and they said over that we were waived the amenities fee, but we had already paid in full months prior, so I’m still trying to figure that one out.

Fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis, eller det är ju egentligen inget hotell - många som bor där som hyr lägenheterna långtid.
Super fint poolområde som vi tyvärr inte hann besöka pga vädret. Vår lägenhet var super stor, med allt man behöver och super mysigt! Köket behöver salt och pepper etc. men redskaper finns. Super nöjda!!

Loved the design, concierge was kind and helpful. All the facilities were very clean, the gym equipment was top of the line. Overall, will stay here again!

It was absolutely amazing! We walked to Americano Lounge and Babu for coffee. We walked to Dicey’s for dinner one night. We felt safe and the room was immaculate with beautiful views. We will definitely be back!
