Pros:

Great location and the chalet was relatively affordable. Very quiet but not far from the ocean/main walkway.

Cons:

Not very clean. Also, when we arrived, we were taken to a chalet that was not the one pictured on the website. They did switch us to another apartment, which is good.
Mattresses are not the best. There is a kitchen, but not equipped.

Pros:

We spent few days in this guesthouse they were welcoming and really helpful with all our questions.
The appartment was amazing with all facilities and clean.
Also great vibes which made us a perfect stay there
It s well located and I recommend it if you coming in Dahab.

Pros:

Mr. Abdulrahman (Shadi) is an awesome host, the location is great and luckily close to the dive centre I was visiting, the people are nice, would definitely recommend.

The place was amazing, big appartment well equiped with kitchen and tools if you want to cook.
It was clean with hot water.

Pros:

If you want to stay near Lagoona and Islands then this place is ok but you can do better for the price.

Cons:

All of the apartments are very run down and a lot of the facilities are broken. Very very basic kitchen and the oven had been sprayed because it was rusty and didn't work very well. The cleaning in the apartments was basic - wiped and mopped floors but nothing further than that. We had cockroaches found in both apartments we stayed in. The water pressure was terrible and the hot water didn't stay for long.

The air-conditioning also leaked and we almost had a major electrical problem on our hands if we didn't catch it in time.

The staff were friendly upon arrival and then shortly gave up with being accommodating - my girlfriend spilt a coffee on the couch and charged us $12 for cleaning - they did not clean the couch.

I'd avoid this place, as you can do better for the price in Dahab.

Apartment was not at all equipped and functional, a lot less fancy than in appears in the pictures.
Pros:

The three good things were: the rooftop terrace of the top apartment, the closeness to the lagoon and the guy who does the reception was very friendly, communicated with me via google translate (as I don´t speak arabic) and helped with everything I asked for. (There were so many things to be fixed that I didn´t ask for all, but for the ones I did he immediately tried to help me.)

Cons:

The kitchen was not at all equipped for cooking (one old, small pan and one huge bowl). The apartment was dirty. Door to the door to the rooftop terrace was stuck, so couldn´t close it properly. Equipment old, not working (tap in kitchen, light in kitchen...).
