Pros:

Todo. Hotel cerca del parque el poblado donde salen los camiones turisticos en la noche. Enfrente un supermercado con restaurantes y cafetería. Y el hotel ofrecen tours donde la agencia pasa por ti . Los cuartos pequeños pero muy cómodos. No necesitas llave para el cuarto registran tu huella. Desayuno incluido a una puerta del hotel. Muy rico abierto desde las 7am. Frigobar con bebidas con costo. Super recomendado.

Pros:

I liked how clean and organised the room was, and the filtered water fountain allowing me to refill my bottle when needed. The room was small so was easy to keep cool with the AC. Another good point was that even though it's in a busy location, there wasn't much noise at night, although my room was away from the road and had no external window so that helped. The breakfast is a good quality too and has a good range of choices. It's in the cafe right next door so you don't have to go far.

Cons:

I would have liked a window that opened to the outside but that was the only thing I'd have changed about my room. The fact the window was internal meant I had barely any street noise so that was a plus.

24/7 reception, breakfast included, nice staff, clean, water to refill bottles and make hot coffee, little terrace and work areas to work and get out of the room, strategic location. good room design (multiple mirrors, power strip near bed, fridge, lots of storage, bathroom fan, non-leaky shower with good temperature range), dark room to sleep, quiet in the room

Cons:

If you’re an extra sensitive sleeper you might occasionally hear people in the hallways or a loud motorcycle/big truck but it’s secluded and quiet

Hotel con muy buena relación beneficio - costo.
Pros:

Hotel con buena ubicación, cerca a la estación del metro de El Poblado; habitación cómoda, limpia, y con todos sus accesorios en perfecto estado, el desayuno bueno adecuado al costo de la habitación, la relación beneficio - costo es excelente.

Cons:

En horas de la noche la zona del hotel es poca concurrida, genera sensación de inseguridad.

Pros:

Gute Lage, Metro Station ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Fenster. Matratze schien uneben und schon etwas durchgelegen.

Lo unico posistivo la excelente atencion, actitud y disposición de Jorge y Dayana.

Cons:

No volvería jamas, en la habitación un par de cucarachas, el olor de la habitación a guardado, sin ventilación, la ropa de cama oliendo a sudor, parece que no cambiaran sabanas ni fundas de almohadas y no lavaran cobijas. Un baño incomodo.

The rules for the guests were not clear since the reservation. I am a chilean resident (with Venezuelan citizenship). For Colombian immigration, I can enter the country holding my Chilean resident card. There was absolutely no information in the booking web page about requesting the passport. At the moment of the check-in, I was told that it is mandatory otherwise I could not stay in the hotel.

Moreover, the hotel has very poor sound insulation. There were people talking downstairs and in the corridor during the night which sounded very loud in the room. It was impossible to have a long q
uiet time to rest.
