La atención del personal muy buena , execelente orden y aseo. Muy buena ubicación , servicio de parqueadero .
La sala de trabajo del tercer piso, no pudo ser utilizada porque vivía ocupada por una o dos personas de la misma empresa.
Me gustó mucho la habitacion, muy confortable, amplia y con buena iluminación con opcion de utilizar un black out si no desea la entrada de luz natural. La limpieza es extraordinaria.
No es un punto negativo ya que es relativo, pero en mi caso particular la ubicación no fue la más adecuada. El hotel queda sobre via nacional y me pareció mas apropiado como hotel de paso.

Hotel is just on the road next to a petrol station. They say, they have a secured parking, but they don't. So, had to find another hotel.
Rooms were perfect. Everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds, clean shower and air conditioning .
Liked the location, as it is right before you enter Neiva. We didn't have to venture in a city we don't know to find the hotel.

Our room was in the back, facing the road, which meant that there were vehicles passing by all night long.
Very limited food choices. Left the room to get breakfast and didn't find anything.. Had to settle for the restaurant next door to the hotel reception. We had lunch there and my husband got horribly sick to his stomach that afternoon. We think that the juice they gave us did not have filtered water.
They were renovating rooms on our floor: construction noise started early in the morning.
Wi-Fi was very slow.
