Would not recommend. I will be polite and say no more.
Pros:

On first impression the hotel looked okay (we arrived in the evening it was dark) in the morning it was apparent the property was aged and could use a major update.

Cons:

Had a garden view room. In order to keep my door closed you had to lean into the door and use the key on the inside to lock it. The towel (1) no wash cloth was grey and rough as sand paper. The sheet on the bed was thread bare and had holes, did not fit the bed only tucked on one side. When I used the shower the water runs out of the shower across the floor in front of the toilet over to the far wall. No chair in the room. Furnishing very worn and broken. Lots of exposed wiring on the property, no smoke alarms, no sprinkler system. Had a knock on my door late night (no peep holes) opened to find a black man one of the workers, professing his love for me, wants me to bring him home to Canada to live with me. Because I have to lean on the door and insert the key could not quickly close the door , the telephone doesn’t work to call for help. I was extremely on edge the rest of my stay. Thankfully it was only 2days before I left to come home.

فندق جميل و هادىء و الغرفة جيده لابأس بها موظف الفندق اللي اسمه محمد رمضان موظف خدوم و بشوش و يساعد ب كل شيء لو عدت الى هذا الفندق ف بسبب الموظف محمد شكراً لك

المسبح كانت المياه فيه وسخه رغم التنظيف المستمر و لكن للاسف الماء وسخ لا يصلح يجب الاعتناء اكثر

I have stayed here a few times now and for value for money I don’t think you can beat it.
Pros:

The outside area by the pool is excellent and the pool was cleaned everyday as well as the surrounding areas, and the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

The decor is a bit dated to be fair but it’s very clean

Abbiamo soggiornato al Turquoise Pyramids Palace e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Ottima anche la pulizia della struttura e delle camere.

La posizione è eccellente, soprattutto per chi vuole visitare le Piramidi. Un’esperienza davvero positiva e un hotel che consigliamo sicuramente! 🇪🇬❤️
