Really enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Everything is awesome here, especially the staff. Rooms are very clean, common areas are clean and tastefully decorated, pool is well maintained and sunny most of the day.
Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the staff and you get a free bonus cat within 5 minutes of arrival :D

Cons:

Major street right outside so when it's rush hour it gets pretty noisy, but it's typical for Egypt.

Pros:

I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was good. The facilities, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere made our experience very pleasant.
The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to support us, especially when we needed assistance finding a pharmacy. They provided clear directions and made sure we had all the information we needed.

I truly appreciated their care and hospitality. It made all the difference in our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future!

Heel erg aardig en super behulpzaam personeel. Mooie en sfeervol verlichte tuin rondom het hotel.

Cons:

Alles was fantastisch, alleen ligt het hotel wel dicht bij een drukke weg.

Pros:

The stay was very comfortable. The room was clean & fresh, with a water dispenser too. The people working there were all nice. We mostly interacted with Esraa who was very helpful!
It is really a great value for money.

Cons:

The location isn't perfect, although there's quite a few grocery stores and pharmacies around which are useful. To get to the GEM or to pyramids you need to take Uber.

Great location, great staff , would stay again
Pros:

It has a very friendly family feel to it and they were happy with any requests . On the right side for easy access to both Sphinx airport and the new museum.

Cons:

The breakfast was served a little to late for some of our trips. But they have taken this feedback on board as they get more people coming to visit the grand Egyptian museum
