عند الحجز أكدت عليهم ان اخذ غرف الفله وعند الوصول جلست مايقارب 1.20 ساعه وعشرون دقيقه انتظر برغم ان وصولي الساعه 2.30 ظهراً وهذا الموعد التي تم التاكيد عليه في تسليم الغرف ولكن سو تصرف وعدم اهتمام بالعميل والحجز عن طريق بوكينج لم يلقون اهتمام

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is excellent, with easy access to most tourist attractions. The swimming pool is very nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.”

Cons:

We did have to ask for a kettle, iron, cups, and tea bags, but the staff were always happy to provide them when requested. I would suggest including these as part of the daily room service, as they are standard amenities.

One of the rooms did not have a TV, and the TV in the other room was not working. However, this was not a major issue for us as we were out most of the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were always helpful and welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Despite a few minor issues, we were happy with our experience and would consider staying here again.”Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there

Arrivée a 16h les chambres ne sont pas encore prête, c est pas grave on attend.... A la fin c étais pas des chambres mais des cellules qui sentent les égouts les draps pas changés, j ai demandé des draps propres,j l ai eu mais je crois ça date de l époque de Cléopâtre, la salle de bain ne te donne pas l envie de te doucher entre les odeurs et manque d'hygiène . 7 jours a passé dans cette chambre ce n est plus des vacances, malheureusement ça nous a gâché notre séjour.
La télé ne capte pas bien ,le wifi n ont plus, le tél pour appeler la réception c étais juste une déco.
Pas de chaise dans les chambre,
Le ménage n' a jamais été fait pendant 7 jours . Piscine salle tjrs plein des plumes et feuilles d arbres.
