Ottima posizione, vicino alla fermata della metro, raggiungibile in circa 7 minuti con una scorciatoia che ci è stata indicata dallo staff. Staff giovane, gentile e sempre disponibile. Camere ampie, cucina in comune presente ogni due piani e lavanderia a prezzi convenienti (3€ lavaggio, 2€ asciugatura). Molto piacevole anche la hall, spaziosa e con divani e poltrone dove rilassarsi o prendere qualcosa al bar.
Abbiamo avuto inizialmente un problema con la camera: ci è stata assegnata una stanza più piccola rispetto a quella che ricordavamo dal nostro precedente soggiorno, ma dopo averlo fatto presente siamo stati spostati. La pulizia però presenta alcune mancanze: nella prima camera abbiamo trovato un cuscino macchiato con un capello, mentre nella seconda il pavimento del bagno non era pulito bene. Inoltre, mancava il balsamo e abbiamo dovuto richiederlo alla reception. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, ma ci sono sicuramente alcuni aspetti legati alla pulizia e alla gestione delle camere da migliorare.
what a lovely, unique hotel, with wonderful staff, a beautiful place to sit in front of the reception, we even had a swing on our floor! i loved it so much!

rustige locatie dicht bij de metro die je in een tiental minuten in hartje amsterdam brengt.
Ontbijt was aan de dure kant voor wat je kreeg.
Amazing hotel ,absolutely loved everything
Under the sheet was some hairs (definitely not mine ,someone before me left them and cleaning staffs guilt!)
It was great staying here, everybody was super nice and we felt super welcomed.
Especially, as we had a little accident, everbody was beyond generous!

Goede bedden en ruime kamer. Gunstig gelegen tov het metrostation en rustige kamers.
Aanvankelijk (ik checkte na 18 uur in) kreeg ik een vieze kamer die niet was schoongemaakt (bed niet gedekt en vuile vaat) maar kreeg snel een andere. In de ochtend werd er om 9 uur aangeklopt door iemand die vroeg of we wel vandaag gingen uitchecken (uitchekc was 10 uur) wat ik een beetje vreemd vond.
