Dirty and uncomfortable
Cons:

Dirty property and unprofessional front desk lady. The picture shown in booking.com was not the same as the room given to us. My room had no windows, just some kind of ventilation near the ceiling, there were sewage pipes running in the balcony. Inspite of the hotel being almost empty , we were dumped in a room in a corner at the back. Nothing worked and the worst part was - it was terribly dirty. The stand with tea bags had mould growing. The bathroom was a night mare. Cobwebs, mould everywhere. It was a stop over on our journey and we couldn’t wait to get out. The food was good.

Amazing Hotel in Hetauda, probably the best one
Pros:

Location, Food, Service, Rooms everything is good here. Loved the humble attitude of staff members. Rooms are spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The Air Conditioner didn't function, it was cold. That was the only inconvenience I faced.

Fabulous stay in Nepal

Pros:

The swimming pool was amazing with nice view on the mountains. The room was beautiful and spacious with a balcony and Netflix.The staff were friendly. They gave us complentray late check-out. They helped us to get auto to go to bus station. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room service food need to be improved. Some staff need some training to be more professional. The room balcony was on the staff restaurant when they have a break it was loud. There was power cuts and the generator was loud
