Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Alles fußläufig machbar, wenn man gerne geht.

Pros:

The room was big enough and clean. The personal was super friendly and the location was perfect. It is very near to a shopping center, metro station, old town but is quit enough at night even several pubs and restaurants are only a few streets away.

Despite the small issues, will stay again at Hotel Esprit.
Pros:

Location excellent. Breakfast outstanding. We enjoyed the champagne every morning.

Cons:

Suggestion: walk-in shower and not shower in bath. Not easy for older people to use shower in bath. Or add a rail at the end of the bath to make it easier to get in and out of bath.
Pillows very soft and uncomfortable.

Otel merkezde ulaşım her yere yürüme mesafesi de temiz. Fiyat personel uyumu yeride. Personel anlayışlı güler yüzlü.

Biraz eski terlik , banyoda saç şampuanı ve krem gibi vb konkorlar eksik.

Хотелът е на пешеходно разстояние от площада и забележителности . Приветлив персонал на рецепция . Чисто и приятно място!

Cons:

Резервацията ми беше през Букинг , бяхме 4 човека 2 двойки . Резервирах 2 стаи за по 2 човека със закуска с невъзвращаема стойност. В последствие се оказа , че са резервирани 2 стаи за 2 човека . Свързахме се с Букинг , че е грешка казаха да говорим с хотела . От хотела казаха да говорим с Букинг . И така изпаднахме в Параграф 22.След размяна на доста имейли и нерви , което уби желанието ми за престой, от хотела склониха да доплатим само закуската за 2 човек . Очевидно беше грешка и незнам защо толкова трудно беше да се коригира при условие че сме платили за 2 стаи и на страницата беше отбелязано за 2 човека . Като цяло трудна комуникация!
