Nice location but lack of any sort of service/attention
Pros:

Nice location, very close to metro station, and close to a park and sunset viewpoint. Swift self check-in and convenient luggage room.

Cons:

Being assigned to a room that's half the size of what I've booked, with reduced kitchen facilities, cramped arranging, constantly bumping into furnitures.
Staff is no where to be found when you need help—no signs when you're on site, and extremely delayed reply online.
Partner breakfast only provided very basic and limited choice, not as advertised as anything below 200 SEK.

Would recommend to anyone travelling to Stockholm
Pros:

The room was a good size and the amenities (kitchen, access to gym and laundry) were fantastic

Cons:

The position of the bed. It was a cozy room, but the mattress kept sliding off.
