Tres bon sejour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Décoration très raffinée, le personnel est très agréable et attentionné

Lamentable
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable la literie la déco des chambres et l’emplacement

Cons:

Les travaux dans les parties communes et le restaurant terrasse du coup ni bar ni restaurant
Le bruit des travaux parfois jusqu’à minuit
Le petit déjeuner mauvaise qualité des produits
Franchement nous avions réservé 4 nuits avec des amis et nous nous attendions à bien mieux compte tenu du prix
Ils devraient fermer l’hôtel pendant les travaux

Superbe établissement au design impeccable. Meilleure cuisine égyptienne du séjour. Très beau rooftop

Cons:

Petit déjeuner insuffisant. Chambre mal insonorisée ce qui pose problème dans une ville comme Le Caire. Les fenêtres ne fermaient pas et malgré nos relances, rien n’a été fait.

Mooi hotel, leuk om eens mee te maken. Maar qua service / prijs zijn ze er nog niet.
Pros:

De locatie is super. Heel centraal. Rooftop is gezellig. Kamer is in een mooi design.

Cons:

We zouden om 3 uur moeten kunnen inchecken maar toen we na een lange reis bij het hotel kwamen, was de kamer nog niet klaar. Er werd ons verzocht om even een half uurtje in het restaurant te wachten. We hebben uiteindelijk ruim een uur (op eigen kosten) in het restaurant geluncht en toen wij terugkwamen was de kamer nog niet klaar.

We vonden het ook jammer dat de balkon deuren niet open konden. Helaas konden we dus niet genieten van de sfeer op straat vanaf het balkon.

Ontbijt was lekker maar wel beperkt. Er was keuze uit oriental of continental.

The hotel’s design is impressive,but the service is disappointed.
Pros:

The hotel is well located and has been converted from an old historic building.

Cons:

We had breakfast on the rooftop. With the waiter’s permission, we chose to sit in a sunny spot. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, we still hadn’t received our breakfast—not even a glass of water. a staff from the front desk came to our table and asked us to change seats, said that since we were hotel guests, we could give the sunny seats to other guests who might have reservations. I was very surprised by this kind of service from the hotel.

Excellent, elevated my Cairo experience!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully designed! Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive (especially Omar! and Abdur Rahman). Loved chatting with them, they really were the highlight of our time at Mazeej! Breakfast was great, location was superb!

Cons:

I wish I could’ve stayed longer, if the rooms were available!

Charming stay in downtown Cairo
Pros:

The hotel is located in downtown Cairo, in a very safe area of the city. It has only five suites, making it really special and intimate. We stayed for eight nights and felt pampered the entire week. Every detail was meticulously cared for, from the decor to the services, and the staff was always attentive to any need we had. Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful, offering both continental and Egyptian options, and everything was delicious. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo!

Самый красивый отель в Каире. Современный стильный интерьер. Уютные номера. Удобное расположение прямо в центре. Сервис на ресепшен - на высшем уровне, чего не скажешь о ресторане. Хотя, утром там работают милые ребята. Завтрак, который входит в стоимость на любителя…
Но ресторан на крыше обязателен у посещению, очень красивый!

Cons:

Были моменты, к которым можно придраться, но ничего идеального не бывает.
