Stylische Location für junge Leute
Pros:

Das Receptionspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selten so hilfsbereites Personal erlebt.

Cons:

Man muss Downtown gerne haben, mitten im Geschehen erlebt man das Grossstadtleben, das ist nicht jedermanns Sache.

Buen hotel pero de precio elevado.
Pros:

Es un hotel moderno, con mucho arte, bien servicio e instalaciones. La habitación era preciosa y con calidad en los acabados. Es ideal para quienes quieren una estancia tranquila sin grupos de personas y más exclusiva.

Cons:

Al ser un hotel pequeño de 5 habitaciones, se sacrifican cosas que en un hotel grande tienes como el gimnasio, alberca o el horario del desayuno (empieza a las 8am). Lo que hace que la relación calidad-precio no sea tan buena sobre todo en un país como Egipto.

5 stars ?. Long way to go….
Pros:

Central location, brand new , upscale ambitions

Cons:

Rooms are really nice with few weird ( or very weird ) things. We were in room 4 . The toilet area has a semitransparent glass. Excessively intimate….
There are two pathetic waste paper baskets with a light blue plastic bag inside for easy removal .
Incredible . Difficult to find in a government hospital or in a 30 euro pension. Throw them away . Now.
Service at the restaurant/ breakfast is a comedy .
I felt that maybe we were on candid camera.
At breakfast we asked for an extra slice of toasted bread. The waiter , a very nice boy just untrained , came holding between his two fingers my slice of bread. I could not believe it.

No alcohol served, no lounge area other than rooftop and too cool to sit due to weather

Lamentable
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable la literie la déco des chambres et l’emplacement

Cons:

Les travaux dans les parties communes et le restaurant terrasse du coup ni bar ni restaurant
Le bruit des travaux parfois jusqu’à minuit
Le petit déjeuner mauvaise qualité des produits
Franchement nous avions réservé 4 nuits avec des amis et nous nous attendions à bien mieux compte tenu du prix
Ils devraient fermer l’hôtel pendant les travaux

Pros:

Superbe établissement au design impeccable. Meilleure cuisine égyptienne du séjour. Très beau rooftop

Cons:

Petit déjeuner insuffisant. Chambre mal insonorisée ce qui pose problème dans une ville comme Le Caire. Les fenêtres ne fermaient pas et malgré nos relances, rien n’a été fait.

Mooi hotel, leuk om eens mee te maken. Maar qua service / prijs zijn ze er nog niet.
Pros:

De locatie is super. Heel centraal. Rooftop is gezellig. Kamer is in een mooi design.

Cons:

We zouden om 3 uur moeten kunnen inchecken maar toen we na een lange reis bij het hotel kwamen, was de kamer nog niet klaar. Er werd ons verzocht om even een half uurtje in het restaurant te wachten. We hebben uiteindelijk ruim een uur (op eigen kosten) in het restaurant geluncht en toen wij terugkwamen was de kamer nog niet klaar.

We vonden het ook jammer dat de balkon deuren niet open konden. Helaas konden we dus niet genieten van de sfeer op straat vanaf het balkon.

Ontbijt was lekker maar wel beperkt. Er was keuze uit oriental of continental.
