Very nice new hotel and definitely will return; almost perfect just need to work out a few minor flaws
Pros:

Very nice staff, very welcoming and kind. Great location, very nice new building. Lovely terrace and best breakfast beverages ever!!! Absolutely ADORED your coffee, the tamarindo and nance beverages.

Cons:

(1) breakfast is kind of skimpy (definitely not enough for a man, and barely enough for a woman…) and it takes forever to be served after you place your order because you have only one waitress; by the time it arrives at your table it’s cold 😭😭😭(maybe cover the meals from the kitchen to table so they don’t get cold?); please replace with a buffet and omelet/waffle station option to address issues; also, please start service around 6 am because starting at 7.30 is inconvenient- our group was on a charity mission and we had to report for work at 8 am, which we couldn’t do because our food order was not taken until after 7.30 am; (2) next door noise from bar that plays loud music late at night; (3) walls are thin and you can hear conversations next door; (4) the water puddles up in the shower- you need better drainage; (5) the towels are kinda sad- they’re very flimsy, not absorbent and they’re not white so it’s questionable if they’re clean??? (6) the beds are too low to the ground and sag- you need firmer mattresses. (7) please instal hand rails at the steps as a safety measure to avoid falls and potential injuries. If you would like my consultancy services please let me know please let me know. 🙂 I just want you to be the best hotel in Intibuca.

Nice hotel but needs a few improvements
Pros:

Excellent location, very nice and clean building. Lovely terrace, very nice staff. Great chocolates at reception desk! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED 🥰 your coffee and fruit drinks at breakfast!!! Tamarindo and nance beverages were unbelievably delicious!!!

Lovely hotel and staff - will return!
Pros:

Great location close to everything in the city. The only issue are nearby businesses (restaurants? bars?) and their loud music at night. Loved facing the mountain and the sounds of nature in the mornings! The coffee served at breakfast is UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS!!! The staff is very welcoming and kind.

Cons:

Nearby loud music. Also the water in the shower piles up into a pool (bad drainage?). The towels are not as white as they could be- maybe they need stronger cleaners like bleach? The fact that breakfast is not served until after 7 and it takes about a 1/2 hour to get your breakfast. We were on a charity mission and reported late to work (after 8 am) because I couldn’t have my team leave and go work without breakfast. Would be nice if they offered all-day food and beverage services like the InterContinental which has an all-day Club accessible to members which is very convenient for travelers with little time to go hunting for meals and drinks. The water in the shower is very weak and it would be nice to have more water coming out of the shower head because it takes longer to shower with weak pressure.
