Cons:

Ho subito un furto nella cassetta di sicurezza e l'Hotel se n'è lavato le mani completamente benchè io fossi certo di avere tenuto sempre con me le chiavi. Questo nonostante io sia un cliente abituale.

Las instalaciones en si estaban muy cuidadas y bastante aceptables calidad-precio

Cons:

El desayuno era MUY poco variado y el pan que ponían tostado estaba bastante duro

Hotel sencillo pero bueno. Atenas está destruida, no parece primer mundo.
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel es muy buena a 100metros de una boca de metro y andando al centro puedes llegar en media horita, así que la ubicación es muy buena. Desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel puedes llegar en metro (con un cambio) en unos 45 minutos.
El desayuno nos gustó mucho. Hay de todo, café, tostadas, yogurt, fruta, ensalada, bollería, leche, cereales. Todo "humilde", pero más que suficiente.
La habitación que nos tocó estaba muy bien, amplia, limpia, y con vistas a la Acrópolis. Estaba en el último piso.
La gente del Hotel muy amable.
El Hotel es sencillo y viejo (no te esperes el Ritz o Hilton), pero nosotros viajamos mucho por el mundo y os aseguro que es más que suficiente, limpio, gente amable, buen desayuno y muy buena ubicación, y relación calidad-precio muy muy buena.

NOTA:
El centro de Atenas (lo que es la ciudad nueva) está destruido, parece una zona de guerra. Sucio, edificios abandonados, las aceras en mal estado, mala iluminación de noche, etc. Si andas por las calles principales y de día, no hay problemas, en cuanto te sales de una calle principal ya empiezas a ver cosas "raras", pero esto es algo normal en esta ciudad, así que no te tienes que extrañar. Este Hotel está en una calle principal y no hay ningún problema, pero si te vas a calles aledañas ya empiezas a ver la degradación de la ciudad. Nosotros, a las 10 de la mañana, en el centro de Atenas y andando hacia el Museo Arqueológico Nacional vimos un par de prostitutas esperando clientes, a plena luz del día y con familias y niños pasando por allí, así que esta ciudad es así, no le des muchas más vueltas.

Worth the price
Pros:

Location is great, breakfast is average, staff is good at helping.

Cons:

The bad smell from the toilet spreads into the room. The air conditioner is a little noisy. But if you are going to use the hotel only for sleeping and breakfast, it is not a big problem.

Billigt pris i centralt läge utan premiumkänsla.
Pros:

Rummet var helt okej – rent och välstädat, med en trivsam atmosfär. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen. Takterrassen bjöd på en vacker utsikt, vilket förhöjde upplevelsen. En uppskattad service var möjligheten att förvara våra väskor på hotellets foajé efter utcheckning.

Cons:

Frukosten var ganska enkel och lämnade en del att önska. Jag hade hoppats på ett bättre urval av bröd och framför allt ett kaffe som gick att dricka. Takterrassen kändes något eftersatt, men med små justeringar skulle den kunna bli betydligt trevligare. Att exempelvis ersätta pappersdukar med tygdukar och se till att stolarna är rena och välskötta hade direkt höjt känslan av kvalitet och skapat en mer inbjudande atmosfär.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Apollo Hotel.
