Die Lage, Parkplatz und vor allem die freundliche Atmosphäre, sauber, Sanitärräume neu und hochwertig, Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung!

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, sehr lautes Glockengeläut da direkt neben der Kirche, extrem unbequeme und bei jeder Bewegung sehr geräuschvolle Ausziehcouch als Doppelbett für jugendliche Kinder nicht geeignet, schade sonst wären wir voll und ganz zufrieden gewesen.....

Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war in einem Wohngebäudekomplex neben dem Hotel. Die Zimmer gehören zum Hotel, sind aber nicht im Hauptgebäude. Abends sind Personen durch den Flur und haben aus Scherz an den Türen geklopft. Ich habe mich in dem separaten Gebäude etwas abseits und nicht so sicher gefühlt.

Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location to tour Innsbruck! Located slightly to the South south of City Center, it is perfectly located at the end of a tram line only a 4-minute walk from the hotel. Once on the tram it takes you to City Center and approximately 15 minutes. When you see the front desk they will explain how to use the tram and if you stay two nights or more, public transportation is free with the tourist Welcome Card.

Another plus was the breakfast. Out of all 20 countries, our family has visited in Europe, Hotel Kapeller had the best breakfast spread we've ever seen. Eggs, bacon, toast, parfaits, cereal, fruit, meat and cheese, EVERYTHING.
