Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich zentral, direkt neben den Kolonaden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte etwas " abgewohnt". Es fehlten Matratzenschoner und im Bad gibt es keinen Vergrößerungsspiegel. Sowohl Tassen als auch Gläser im Frühstücksraum sind ein Sammelsurium aus verschiedenen Mustern und Größen.
Für den Hund werden 30 €/Nacht verlangt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend, sehr sauber und das separate WC und Badezimmer top.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal da man entweder ins entfernte Parkhaus laufen muss oder ständig die Parkuhr füttern muss

Das Personal war super freundlich, unser Zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Im den Hotel würde ich nicht zweite mal Buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Perfekt. Frühstück ist sehr Gut.

Cons:

Leider ab 1 Minute wurde und sofort andere zimmer angedreht für 10 eur die Nacht mehr. Und selbst die zimmer ist es nicht wert. Keine Duschen! Badewanne und brause dabei. Ganze Badezimmer wird nass. Toilette ist was besonderes mehrere Spülungen nötig.

Great location. Very nice breakfast, nice staff.

Cons:

Single beds could be bigger and less soft. Hotel is called “wellness” but there is only a small old pool and possibility to pay for a thai massage.

Pěkný hotel na dobrém místě, dobré snídaně a útulné pokoje.

Cons:

Nelíbila se mi neserióznost hotelu - mohli jsme rezervaci zrušit zdarma, místo toho jsme ale chtěli jen zkrátit pobyt o den - to nám hotel nedovolil a napočítal nám cenu za původní den i tak. A hlavně - hotel nejde kontaktovat a dokonce samotnému Bookingu neodpovídal na zprávy.

Vstřícnost ochota a profesionalita personálu. Úžasná paní ředitelka, která se nám maximálně věnovala a ukázala nám i pokoje de luxe. Tak nás namotivovala, že brzy přijedeme znovu.

Cons:

Vůbec nemáme co vytknout. Navštívili jsme už v Mariánských lázních 7 hotelů. Hotel Belveder je nejlepší. Skvělý personál,místo hotelů ,pěkně pokoje s výhledem a výborná kuchyně a ocenujeme i vynikajici masaž.. Doporučujeme navštívit tento hotel

Starši ale krásny hotel na vynikajúcom mieste, pani recepčná Denisa milá, usmievavá, vždy ochotná pomôcť a poradiť

Cons:

Wellness neznamená len bazén, chýbali sauny, a objednaná procedúra deň dopredu sa neruší ráno pri raňajkách, vraj riaditeľka, ktorá osobne ponúka túto službu nemá čas🤷
