no transparency on charges, no active number for customer query,
Pros:

room size and cleaning were good, bed well arranged, all item like tv remote and ac remote properly arranged and that was on bed means in front of customer. got water 2 small bottle, bathroom was also clean and arranged with towel,

Cons:

booking via booking .com really very bad. not any active contacts number for query. 400 Rs charged for early check in . i sent multiple messages via portal for this clarity but no one replied. even number was switched off. finally, i reached to hotel with my laptop bag, there 400rs charged for earlier check in that also confirmed after making final payment means after payment clearances. i went out for office and back to hotel at 9 PM. next day i done earlier check out as well ... no Wi-Fi and other details mentioned anywhere ... next day in morning, I got it for some hrs. booking and contact process was very bad

Cons:

Dull rooms with dirty walls. Paint from the cupboard is cracking. Rooms are not maintained. Very old thin spring bedding. Dirty buckets in the washroom.
