A fost în regulă una dintre camere, curată și per total bine

Cons:

n primul rând, într-una dintre camere nu am reușit să dormim deloc deoarece am găsit ploșnițe, iar acestea ne-au și mușcat. Nu știm dacă a fost o problemă de curățenie sau una izolată, însă experiența a fost extrem de neplăcută și, din acest punct de vedere, am fost foarte dezamăgiți.

De asemenea, la rezervare nu era specificat că în camera rezervată pentru doi adulți și un copil nu exista un pat suplimentar. Am plătit un cost în plus pentru camera cu copil, însă aceasta a fost identică cu cealaltă și nu a oferit niciun confort suplimentar. În final, am fost nevoiți să dormim toți trei în același pat, lucru pe care l-am considerat inacceptabil având în vedere costul suplimentar achitat.

Nice rooms, well equiped, very good value for the money paid.

Cons:

A little trouble trying to open the door from aplication or entering the key code. Except this everything was excelent.

Hotel ok, ale parking w remoncie
Pros:

Hotel przyjemny, czysto. Śniadania w porządku. Obsługa zdalna - przez aplikację, nie tylko zameldowanie, ale też np otwieranie drzwi pokoju. Na szczęście na miejscu był tez pracownik, bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy.

Cons:

- parking był niedostępny, chociaż przy rezerwacji była informacja o dostępności parkingu. Podobno były jakieś prace, ale podczas naszego pobytu nic się tam nie działo. Przez to musieliśmy parkować na ulicy a obowiązuje tam strefa parkowania. To znacząco obniża ocenę hotelu, ponieważ jeśli planowany był remont, to powinno się o tym uprzedzić.

- elektronika czasem zawodziła, np. trudno było otworzyć drzwi wejściowe do hotelu, panel dotykowy był zużyty

Pros:

Clean room, delicious and varied breakfast and very friendly staff. Especially David, who is really friendly and helpful. It's a shame we couldn't say goodbye to him because he wasn't in the reception when we left.

Nice and clean hotel for a quick stay .
Pros:

The place is very clean, the breakfast was super good to start the day and the location is good

Cons:

The whole place is automated which makes it hard to enter if you don’t have internet on your phone or if you are not great with technology. The bed sheets were super small so I was fighting for it with my friend all night and the toilet in the main area was not working. Theres also not enough electricity plugs in the room. Small details that can be fixed quick tho

O quarto era novo. O café da manhã era muito bom. E a Diana foi muito atenciosa.

Cons:

A garagwm do hotel estava em obras e tive que deixar o carro na rua.
