Schöne Unterkunft, toller Ort, genau richtig, wenn man es ein bisschen ruhiger mag.

Sehr schöne und zentrale Unterkunft, alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe
Tolles Frühstück und nette Menschen
Restaurants findet man in der Umgebung auch genug

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation in Chania ist speziell für Übernachtungsgäste sehr unbefriedigend!
Es gibt sogut wie keine Möglichkeit in Gehdistanz zu parken, einzig ein Park & Ride das über zwei Kilometer entfernt ist, bzw. man nur mit einem (kostenlosen) Bus ins Zentrum erreicht.

Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Comfortable accommodations in an excellent location. I feared it might be noisy given the location but it was pleasantly quiet. Excellent value. Staff helpful with requests.

Great location for exploring the old town of Chania, close to everything. Cannot get there by car.

on était déçus de l'établissement mais la Canée est une destination incontournable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner noté "Exceptionnelle" sur looking com était bien en dessous de nos attentes. Le café n'était pas bon, le jus d'orange à base de concentré d'orange - très décevant pour la Crete- les viennoiseries en grand partie achetés au supermarché. Notre déception fut grande car on tenait à avoir un bon petit déjeuner.

A perfect accommodation in a lovely old city. We would certainly stay here next time being in Chania.
Pros:

Quiet location in the center of the old town. Perfect balcony with sun in the morning and sea view. Personal service and very clean.

Cons:

The drain in the bathroom needed rinsing.

Best Hotel in Chania 100%
Pros:

There was nothing I didn’t like. Please trust me and book this Hotel. I’ve stayed in hundreds of Hotels over Europe and this was an excellent experience. Very helpful and friendly Staff, went above and beyond for us. The location is excellent and please don’t miss the Restaurant Tamtam across the street, the best in Chania in my opinion.
I travel with my two teens everywhere and I rarely sleep deeply but here I fell fast asleep and slept through the night. Extremely comfortable beds! I didn’t want to leave but we had flights to catch. I’ll absolutely book here again.

Cons:

Nothing. There’s even an elevator if you don’t want to manage the stairs.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement au centre de la ville ancienne et piétonne à moins de 50 m du port vénitien la propreté la beauté et le charme du bâtiment la réactivité du personnel. Le petit dej est fait sur place il est complet et très bon

Il n'y avait personne pour nous donner les clefs et les indications pour les récupérer ne nous avaient pas été données. Un peu de stress à l'arrivée et tout s'est arrangé par la suite

Hotel magnífico, localizado en el centro histórico y personal excelente
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, habitaciones cómodas, amplias, con una decoración hermosa, impecable. Localizado a metros del puerto veneciano, rodeado de restaurantes y cantinas muy lindas. El personal siempre atento y servicial
