Very friendly stuff, very big rooms, clean and cozy
Bad soundproof and a lot of little bulbs were interfered with sleep

A little inaccessible by cars
有洗衣機跟烘乾機，但很多人用需等待，建議入住就洗。
隔音不是很好，地點在胡同巷弄裡不好打車
Staff were very helpful, great central location in old town, away from busy streets but has a bar district nearby. It was amazing in the sense that we woke up early with my husband and felt safe walking around at 4-5 am around the area. Breakfast was good with much choice, but for European traveller need to get used to breakfast having a choice as for lunch a little bit. The room was comfortable and the hotel was very nice overall.
I guess the little minus was that staff didn’t speak much English. But we managed to understand each other, and that I find the most important.

Great location but no breakfast included. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Houhai Park, surrounded by charming old Hutong architecture and historical sights. The bars in Houhai Park offer a lively atmosphere full of authentic Beijing culture—definitely worth a visit!
The hotel has a stylish renovation, though it's good however it's built from an older Hutong structure, so it retains some of the character (and quirks) of an older building. My ground-floor room was a bit damp, even during the hot summer, but overall, it was a unique experience with lots of charm.
Location is very convenient if somebody would like to be accommodated in Hutong.
In the room you will find everything what you need, if more, free mini bar.
And on the end, service at the reception. It is one of the best working receptions taking care of everything.
I know what I'm saying as I'm working in tourist business, and I work with the reception very often.

Really nice and comfortable hotel near the lakes. The rooms are beautiful, clean and with all you need. Especially the breakfast is really good and the the service in the hotel is really good.
I don't can complain about anything, but i think for someone who doesn't speak a little bit Mandarin it will be difficult in this area.

Nothing, everything was perfect
Smart Hotel, much modern than my expectation with very friendly staffs even the guard in front of the hotel.
They speak very few English but it’s ok since I understand a little Chinese.
The hotel designs are exceptional and impressive.
The staffs are yound and handsome with such good service mind. One of them even offer sending me to the metro/subway when I couldn’t find a taxi and very traffic jam.
I rode his motorbike on his back with my luggage in the front which feel a bit stranged but very thankful!
Everything in the room is smart. TV, light, decorating light, etc. I also watched Zhao Lusi’s drama on the Smart TV during my stay.
Japanese-like toilet seat (Automatic). Never seen one in China, this is the only place!!!
The location, a bit far for walking from metro station, but ok with a very beautiful and ancient street. (If you know how to use public bicycle, that will be helpful)
Very short walk to the lake (Houhai) and the restaurant I wished to visit. A lot of pub and restaurant there.
If I have a chance to visit Beijing again, I’ll definitely stay here again!
It’s ok for me to have a sink outside the bathroom and have the door that can close two side (flip one side to close the bath place, and another side to close the bathroom) since I stay alone. However, if you stay with your friend/not with your partner, that might be a problem.
The bath door still has a gap beneath that water could leak out.
(But overall is good, I love this place so much)
