Customer Service: I got there between 3pm and 4 pm and the only receptionist they had during my stay told me she checked Booking early in the morning and never checked again that was why my rooms were not ready even worst she was not sure if would be rooms for me and my family!!!!!. I asked for 2 rooms closed each other because I was traveling with my parents 84 and 77 years old and also my 2 daughters, we ended up stay far away. She kept everything in notebooks i saw paper sheets all over the desk! She never mentioned that I have to leave my keys so room service could be performed and of course when I came back my room was not done. So, I decided not to leave my keys. Lack of communication :(. There is asked for an iron, and it was fine they didn't provide any, but she offered an ironing service only if my clothes were easy to iron, I left my clothes the night before around 8 30pm and I requested for 8 am. It was 8 15am on next day and my clothes were not dropped off. When I went to the lobby, I saw my clothes hanging on a handrail I asked if somebody was there, and the same receptionist came out saying she was done with one piece and the other two will take a few more minutes UNACCEPTABLE. I had booked a tour by 8 30am. To process payment, she did not take a credit card!
