Dobrá lokalita a komunikace s ubytováním, zázemí ok, doporučuji.
We mostly liked the closeness to Florenc bus station, the hill with views opposite the hotel, and the walkable distance to the old town. There's also buses available just outside though we didn't get to use those.
The room was rather clean (the sheets, bedding, towels, floors, furniture) and the cleaning ladies were kind. I'd just question the stains on the walls here and there...but that is again the matter of the hotel needing some renovation.
A big thank you to the receptionist who checked us in on the evening we arrived. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful.
The hotel is really old and you can.... smell it. Also the smells from the downstairs restaurant affects it. The sewage system I think is old too so when we reached our room it smelled horrible from the bathroom, luckily the smell went away once we started using it.
The room was very much worn off, though spacious and with all needed and clean furniture.
What we disliked most was the pillows, and maybe the patress but probably mostly pillows, we were in so much pain after the 2 nights there. (very huge and bulky and hard pillows).

Molto pulito e confortevole. Il personale è stato disponibile e professionale. L'albergo in generale era stupendo
My sunglasses were 100% stolen by housekeeping
Hotel má krásnu atmosféru, cítili sme sa v ňom veľmi dobre a útulne. Vybavovanie na recepcii bolo veľmi rýchle. Lokalita bola tiež dobrá, z vlakovej hlavnej stanice sme išli pešo a v okolí boli pekné uličky
Večer bolo na izbe dosť chladno
In principle the rooms were OK, a bit dated but it's good value for you money
It is very odd that they force you to leave your key at the reception (which is also open at night), and this made us feel very uncomfortable, especially since they insisted on it.
Very helpful and welcoming staff in a lovely old building, with a beautiful (and recently-reopened?) pivovar, with copper tuns and delicious beer.
We were only able to stay one night (time constraints), but will certainly return when we are next in Prague, and hope to visit the restaurant next time. Wish we could have stayed longer.
We had an early (1008) train to catch from Hlavni, so the 0900 start to breakfast service was not helpful. This would probably be inconvenient for quite a few guests; hotels usually serve it much earlier.
This hotel would probably not be a great choice for anyone with serious mobility problems, as the rooms are not on the same floors as the lifts (not uncommon in buildings of this era).
P.S. It would be good if the hotel's website had clear directions for access on foot/public transport from Hlavni, as there are numerous steps and hills on the way, not to mention the cobbled (often broken) pavements which are a nightmare with cases!
The room had an attic style which I found interesting and it was big . The beds were comfortable.
Unfortunately this hotel was one of my worst choices:
1) The hot water in the shower does not work properly. It comes and goes. Imagine returning to the hotel after a cold day outside and cannot take a hot shower. And this was every day.
2/ Wi-fi does.not work in the room (I was in the upper floor).
3) There are no curtains or shades in the room. You wake up with the sun.
4) The hotel is in the wrong side of town. Bad location: away from the metro, and since it's behind the train station, walking to the old town was a complicatied route of 40 min.
5) The staff was not helpful. I asked some basic touristic information, and they claimed they didn't know, and that I can ask google. Well, thank you, very much...
6) The price-to-amenities ratio is very high.
7) Don't except a hot water kettle in the room.
Pěkný hotel, uvnitř vkusně zařízený. Výborné pivo a personál vstřícný.
Na pokoji nesvítili světla, trochu tvrdší postel ale to by nevadilo. Dlouho trvalo než telka teplá.
