Our stay at ixora suites from 9.10.25 to 14.10.25.
Pros:

Location is extremely convenient, facilities were really good. We requested for early check in and room was made available to us by 9 am although the regular check in time is 12 noon. Room was superb - clean and comfortable. Room services were prompt - just one call to reception was needed and requirements were promptly serviced. Behavior of the staff was cordial and helpful.

Cons:

A 24-hour checkin checkout policy would be required for such a place which is always busy and people come and go at any time. It is understood that it is impossible to manage the 24-hour manning (or from 6am to 11pm) of the reception desk by one person to handle checkin checkout formalities, so more people should be there - or an automated checkin checkout procedure should be implemented.

Cons:

The bed sheet in one of room was smelling really bad and toilet broke down when my cousin sat on it. It was hell of a task to make the staff change the bedsheet and fox the toilet

Pros:

well managed hotel in a great location directly around the corner from indiranagar metro station. spacious clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. basic but satisfying breakfast. good wifi. very well priced for this level of comfort. indiranagar is a cool neibhborhood with a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs all in walking distance.

NOT Pleasent at all and ridiculasly expensive at Rs.6320 per day.
Pros:

Apart from the location, there was nothing there that was worth the exorbitant fees being charged.

Cons:

The room and walls were dirty.
The cushions were dirty.
The taps and Bidet leaked.
The kitchenette was a joke. There was no Microwave, no cups, no dishes, no sugar or coffee.
There was no soap or shampoo provided.
The TV was hard to operate and there were not many channel options.
Although the location was very convenient for transport, the proximity to the main road meant a lot of noise pollution from the constant honking coming from the streets below.
