Hotel Ivanna - Laureles

This hotel would be great if every staff would follow their rules and regulations as it should to keep everyone in the hotel safe! In our experience from our last night at Ivanna on the 12 was horrible. Front desk lady that was working midnight let prostitutes and man that was not staying at the hotel go upstaits to room 702. We family of 13 people with children could hear everything going on because it woke everyone up including my children. I called front desk two times and on the 3rd call no more answer and from the balcony we could see her just walking outside ignoring our calls. The people in that room was going crazy with what there were doing inside the room and when they stop they they begin with a party and loud music screaming etc.
We needed to call por police assistance because the lady would NOT do anything did not call not even a security to come and help with the situation! When the police came the lady kept stalling them for no reaaon and the poeple from 702 came banging on our door hard and we were scared that we would not not what waa going to happen next. I needed to scream from the balcony for them to come up to help us. After that the police got inside quickly and start taking the people out of the hotel.
The next morning when we tried to explain to the other front desk agent what happend etc. Her reply was "she is new at work". I mean how is that possible? No apologies nothing? Even if the girl is new does the hotel not have policies? Because I know they have it because they have a sign at the front door. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! They are NOT SAFE and does not follow their rules and regulations to protect other guests. Also no security there to be there 24/7 the owner needs to be responsible also for the protection of their own staff!

Había unos vecinos que hacían escándalo en horas de la madrugada y algunos de los que estábamos en el departamento no pudimos dormir bien. Sin embargo cuando se comunicó al hotel dijeron que iban a tomar cartas en el asunto para tranquilidad nuestra.

El parqueadero es pequeño, solo caben 4 a 5 carros.

Falta elementos de aseo como escoba y trapero en el piso

No me gusto el area, demasiado ruidos en los cuartos de al lado y en las afueras del hotel
