RUN RUN RUN. NOT WORTH IT.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Almost everything. I would categorize all issues into 2 sections. Things that were beyond control of the hotel like constant honking of cars and noise coming from street, people working in the construction sites nearby in the middle of the nights etc.

But I will focus on what the hotel could have ensured but miserably failed:
1. I booked a double bedroom but upon arrival, my wife and I were told that the double bed room is not available. They can offer us a twin bed room at the same price (as if we were getting an upgrade)
2. The bed linens were straight fixed from the last person's usage. They were not washed. The smell and creases from someone using the linen's were very evident with also some stains in the bed sheet.
3. Too many mosquitos in the room. We had to put a towel on our face the whole night to avoid mosquito biting.
4. Regardless my wife was bitten in the face so bad that she looked like she had chicken pox in her entire face (and it was just our first day in Cairo.
5. The flow of water in the shower is very bad. Also, either we had extremely hot water or extremely cold water when we were turning on the tap. Nothing in between.

Good Value for location
Pros:

Downtown location, 5 min to Nasser metro, 2 cats on the floor,

Cons:

No deep cleaning of the rooms with old carpets and broken furniture, street noise until 3, but expected during ramadan and car honking.
7th floor and twice I walked up 😜

The guy receptionist was a great spirit

Cons:

Dirty room, not a functional bathroom, trash from previous visitors (it appears more than one with the amount of trash)
They didn't give us our included breakfast

Don't throw your money away
Pros:

There's nothing you like about this place...

Cons:

-The room's furnishings are old and worn out...
-The noise and disturbance are constant, day and night, making you feel like you're sleeping on the street..
-There are mosquitoes everywhere in the room and bathroom.
-The smell of cigarettes permeates the entire place, both inside and outside the room.
- The lighting is poor..
.-The internet service is bad..
.- The staff's attitude is unpleasant..
- Little value for what you pay
- One of the worst places I've stayed, both inside and outside the country.-
