Pros:

Amazing well kept property in a beautiful historic building in a nice area. Looks even better than in the pictures! Has some conveniences we really appreciated: lift, private parking, self-service check in, and AC.

Es war eine tolle Woche. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

U- und S-Bahn-Haltestelle nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Sehr sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Gaudenzdorfer apartments. The place was spotless, comfortable, and well-located. However, the highlight of our trip was definitely the hostess. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Her hospitality made our visit to Vienna even more special. Highly recommended to everyone, and we will definitely be coming back!

Il miglior soggiorno all'estero mai fatto
Pros:

Dopo giorni di ricerche per il nostro soggiorno a Vienna abbiamo deciso di prenotare una Suite con balcone in questa favolosa "boutique residence" e non potevamo fare scelta migliore!! Tutto è eccelso ed estremamente pulito e ordinato.
La struttura è stata totalmente ristrutturata e la Suite che ci è stata assegnata è stata un alloggio perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti a Vienna. L'appartamento dispone di una cucina totalmente attrezzata: forno, tostapane, microonde, lavastoviglie, condimenti essenziali, thè, zucchero, spugne, asciughini. Tutto è spiegato alla perfezione: dove buttare la spazzatura, come regolare l'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento, come chiudere le tapparelle delle finestre.
Il bagno è ampio e funzionale con doccia walk-in, lavatrice, phon, termo-arredo regolabile...un sogno!
La zona notte dispone di un letto gigante e comodissimo. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!!!
Inoltre, la zona soggiorno relax è studiata nei minimi dettagli e arredata con estremo gusto: dalla scelta della poltrona alla scelta dei quadri e della carta da parati alle lampade che illuminano la stanza in modo funzionale, rendendo l'ambiente accogliente. Merita una menzione speciale anche il balcone che, seppur semplice, ci ha regalato tramonti fantastici su Vienna!
Concludo dicendo che la struttura è collegata benissimo con il centro di Vienna, con l'aeroporto e la stazione. La zona è tranquilla di giorno e di notte ed abbiamo sempre percepito un forte senso di sicurezza durante tutta la nostra permanenza.
Da sottolineare l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Un caloroso grazie a Mariella e a tutto lo staff che collabora con lei per averci fatto vivere una vacanza che non dimenticheremo! Grazie mille!! <3

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.Komfortabel, gemütliches Bett,gute Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin.Es gibt alles,was man benötigt und ist eine sehr gute Lage in Wien.Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Appartement bien situé, stylé et très confortable.

Très proche des transports en commun, bien relié à la gare et bien placé par rapport aux lieux d'intérêt touristique. Immeuble et appartement stylés. Appartement très lumineux, très propre et très confortable.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Short walk to the metro for easy, cheap and fast access to the whole city. Convenient food options nearby. And the hosts made the space very welcoming with some nice touches.
