Pros:

Tutto era fantastico. Struttura molto accogliente, bellissima, pulitissima e nella posizione strategica La comunicazione con lo staff prima dell'arrivo era molto veloce ed efficace.

Indipendenza e comfort nella stupenda Vienna!
Pros:

Splendida struttura, ideale per un soggiorno a Vienna. Appartamento grande, ben arredato, molto fornito, confortevole ed estremamente pulito. L'host ha pensato a ogni dettaglio, si trovano istruzioni precise per tutto. A due minuti a piedi da una stazione della metro tramite cui si raggiunge il centro in una decina di minuti.

Pros:

Bardzo wygodne, czyste i estetycznie urządzone mieszkanie. Duży taras oraz dobrze wyposażona kuchnia zapewniają komfortowy pobyt. Świetnym dodatkiem była instrukcja dotycząca obiektu oraz przewodnik z polecanymi restauracjami – odwiedziliśmy kilka z nich i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Jedynie lokalizacja kamienicy (pięknej!) okazała się być niezbyt atrakcyjna. Mieszkanie jest jednak dobrze skomunikowane z centrum miasta, do najbliższej stacji metra jest jedynie 5min spaceru. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Pros:

Хорошая чистая квартира, есть парковка во дворе. Есть терраса. Гостинцы в холодильнике, мелочь, но приятно😊 . Нам всё понравилось.

Pros:

Шикарное место очень близко к центру Вены. Метро в шаговой доступности, до Штефансплатц 4 станции. В апартаментах есть всё, что можно (даже мансардная терраса в номере 16). Приветственные вафли, кофе, шампанское, пиво. Два кондиционера. Автоматические жалюзи затемнения на окнах. Всё внутри снабжено картинками-инструкциями. Внутренняя уютная парковка и место утилизации мусора. Короче, всё в лучшем виде.

Cons:

Явная случайность - в ванной комнате строители перепутали наружную сторону с внутренней, в результате чего ручка закрытия замка оказалась снаружи. В принципе, при должном усилии замок можно закрыть и изнутри, вращая двумя руками "пятачок" под ручкой, так что общего впечатления это вообще не испортило.

Sugestões para melhora :
1 colocar Cortinas blackout, pois no verão o sol nasce muito cedo
2 para meu gosto pessoal, poderia ter opções de travesseiros mais firmes e altos

Es ist einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist wunderhübsch, komplett ausgestattet, ruhig trotz der Lage, Mariella ist toll und wir haben selten so gut gewohnt. Vielen Dank für dieses Kleinod! Wir kommen wieder.

Pros:

Staying at Boutique Residences Gaudenzdorfer is luxurious.
We felt welcomed and thoroughly spoilt. Mariella is a warm, thoughtful and generous host. The location is fabulous.

Wonderful place to spend the holidays.
Pros:

This place is in a historic building. Very modern and excellently maintained. We stayed there for 16 days. The host Mariella is always present in the building and looks after the wellbeing of her guests. She made sure we had a good time and did everything to make our stay great.(Like fixing the ceiling glass panels’ curtains etc.) There was wine,beer and chocolate to welcome us. Words can’t describe the high level of comfort we experienced when we stayed there. Will certainly stay there again if we visited Vienna in future.

There’s nothing to complain about. 😊

I recomend it
Pros:

the apartment has great location and it is managed by a supertb host. we were able to use the electric charger as well. very close to subway station. the balcony is great after a long day.

Cons:

there is some traffic in front of the house, but double widows are sealing well. The garage entry is narrow, but I was able to park in with an Hunday Ioniq5 without issue.

Sehr ruhige Lage da Wohnung zum Innenhof.
U-bahn war gleich Nebenan.
