I had reserved two rooms, upon arrival there was only one and then there was a problem, they were not next to each other, they were on different floors and I was traveling with children.

The room is hot . Poor ventilation. the bed and blankets - I feel itchy. Maybe the type of blanket or I don’t know. Maybe there’s other reason why I feel itchy.
