Super schön!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit einem süßen Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Das Bett war sehr angenehm weich. Flasche Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und Wasserkocher standen im Zimmer bereit. Im Bad gab es auch ein Notfallset mit Wattepads, Ohrstäbchen und einem Nadel mit Faden Set. Es gab genug Handtücher und tolle Bademäntel. Also das Zimmer und die Ausstattung war einfach Top für den Preis (waren im September da). Zur Begrüßung gab ein Glas Prosecco und am Ende konnte man sich zwischen den zwei Abschiedsgeschenken noch wendern ein Marmeladenglas oder einer Balsamcreme entscheiden.
Im Preis waren auch auch kostenfreie Gondeltickets inbegriffen, was wir nicht wussten. Durften damit am Samstag und Sonntag hochfahren. Wir waren ja nur eine Nacht dort.
Sehr sehr schön da oben auf dem Berg.
Das Frühstück hatte sehr viel Auswahl. War sehr lecker. Sehr zufrieden.
Sauna und Ruhebereich auch mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr entspannend.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht viel, nur Pool war etwas zu kalt für mich, aber liegt vielleicht an den hohen Energiekosten, die es zur Zeit in Europa gibt. Und im Pool haben Familien mit Bällen rumgeworfen, sodass sie sehr viel Platz eingenommen haben und es sehr laut wurde.
Aber naja mit Kindern ist es wahrscheinlich einfach so.
Das Personal beim Abendessen war etwas unfreundlich. Aber im Hotel alles top.

Fantastisk. Alt på hotellet spillede, og der var dejlige naturoplevelser i området.
Pros:

Alt 🤩. Skønt hotel, fin service, dejlig spa, superlækker mad og fantastiske udsigter.

Cons:

Vi manglede mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe / te på værelset.

Sehr gemütliche und freundliche Atmosphäre; wunderschöne Ambiente, Blick auf die Berge ist einfach atemberaubend.
Das Essen ist hervorragend, Personal ist Mega hilfreich.
Spa Bereich ist perfekt für abschalten und Zeit langsam genießen

Hôtel splendide avec un panorama magnifique et apaisant. Un domaine de montagne époustouflant que ce soit pour skier ou pour de magnifiques randonnées. Personnel d'accueil, de chambre, de service et de cuisine, extraordinaire, gentil et souriant, qui fait un travail remarquable tous les jours pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Petit déjeuner et Diner très copieux, variés et délicieux, produits frais et de grande qualité avec trois menus au choix dont un, végétarien. Belles Chambres confortables et parfaitement propres - très bonne literie. De merveilleuse vacances inoubliables. Etablissement parfait pour du Repos, de la tranquillité et de la sérénité, très bien situé près du Lac et près de la Zillertal arena avec sa tirolienne époustouflante. Magnifique espace SPA, Piscine, sauna, hammam, salle de repos, salle de sport et esthéticienne...tout est là pour un séjour parfait ! Bravo et Merci à toute l'équipe !

Nous aurions bien aimé avoir une bouilloire et des tisanes dans la chambre.
