Reception staff were amazing, friendly abd professional.
Check in was pleasant, and check out was also quick and staff where so efficient. Room was great!

Cons:

Visitor's policy to the hotel room was a bit strange for a 5- star hotel in Amman, I was not expecting to have issues receiving guests to my suite.
