Our stay at the Hilton Hotel was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Rawan, Omar, and Yusra truly enjoyed the experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel’s greatest asset is undoubtedly its staff. The front-line team consistently demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. I would particularly like to thank Rawan at Reception for her exceptional service and welcoming attitude, and Rubi from Guest Relations for her attention and prompt follow-up. A special thank you also goes to Ziad and Rami, who made every breakfast a pleasant experience through their outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. I also sincerely appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. I also really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade offered by the hotel, which was a thoughtful gesture and made my stay even better. It was a nice touch that reflected the hotel’s hospitality.

Cons:

There were several aspects of the experience that I did not like. I believe many hotels in Jordan could benefit from looking at international hospitality standards and guest experience.

The security procedures were excessive for my liking. Every time I entered the hotel, I had to go through security screening, which, although explained as a safety measure, made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed.

I was also disappointed that, after I checked out, a staff member was sent to inspect the room to see whether the TV, coffee machine, or other items had been damaged before I was allowed to leave. I understand the need to protect hotel property, but this process can make guests feel as though they are not trusted, which is not the impression a five-star hotel should leave.

In addition, the TV system was outdated, with very limited channels and an old entertainment system that did not match the standard I expected from a Hilton property.

Finally, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for money. Considering the price, I expected a more modern experience and a higher level of guest comfort and service.
