Everything you expect from a Hilton
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a slightly quieter area of Amman, but still very close to downtown. Good pool and gym. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Not smart TVs so very limited viewing.

Pros:

Nice staff, excellent neighborhood, great breakfast. Very spacious room. We've also received an upgrade for a Junior Suite. What a nice view. We also went to the sauna and pool. Was awsome

Cons:

The cleaning wasn't 10/10. Not bad, but some hairs on the bathroom and small details for a 5 star hotel. The light switch system is kind of annoying. You can't turn off the lights on the room your are. All the switches are concentrated in a small device on the bedside

Pros:

Staff were superb. Very helpful with accepting a late check in due to a late night flight. And helpfully pre arranged an airport pick up for us. Overall the staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful.

بالبدايه السيكورتي وموظفي البوابة وحاملي الحقائب
والاستقبال اخص بالذكر السيد سيف
استقبلنا ولم يكتفي باعطاءنا المفتاح بل اوصلنا بنفسه للغرف ،، صراحة جميع من في الفندق ودود للغاية ومحترمين. انا مندهش بصراحه من هذا التعامل الجميل
اخجلونا بتعاملهم الراقي.
فندق يستحق كل مره اتي عمان ارجع له.
