Super 😉
Pros:

Fajne, przytulne miejsce. Strefa spa ,,głowy,, nie urywa, pokoje czyściutkie i wygodne, ale nie jakiś super komfort. Głównie jednak same zalety- jedzenie w restauracji przeprzyszne, śniadanka tez zawsze świeżutko i smacznie. W barze dla narciarzy pod hotelem również, mają nawet zupę. Lokalizacja super, nie wjedziecie autem bo droga do hotelu przecina stok, więc auta zostają przy ulicy na parkingu, ale hotel drukuje zniżkę. Dzieciaki rano wstają, śniadanie i lecą na stok, a urlop mozesz spędzić z dobrym czeskim piwkiem i prosecco. Jak znudzi się Vielka Upa to skibusy zawiozą za darmo na inne stoki. Ale największą zaletą hotelu jest atmosfera, wspaniały, przesympatyczny personel i cudowny właściciel. Polecamy ❤️ tylko w głęboką zimę kupcie wysokie śniegowce 😉 bo nawet dwieście metrów z górki czy pod górkę potrafi zaskoczyć i zmoczyć nogi, śniegu zdecydowanie pod kolanka 😉

Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empehlen.
Pros:

Das Früstück war in Ordnung, die Lage des Hauses relativ hoch, aber der Besitzer stellt den Transport zur Verfügung. Der Vorteil ist die direkte Zufahrt zum Lift. Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und nettes Personal.

Ein wunderschönes Aufenthalt, umsichtiges und sehr gastfreundliches Personal, auch der Inhaber ist stets um das Wohl sei

Es gab ein einfaches aber gutes Frühstück. Die Lage am Skilift war super,

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern für Doppelzimmer auf der Seite von booking.com bzw. des Hotels.
Da im Hotel nur englisch bzw. Tschechisch gesprochen wurde, konnten wir dies auch nicht mit der Rezeption verhandeln oder ändern.
In der gesamten Zeit wurde nur 1x der Mülleimer geleert, ansonsten wurde in unserem Zimmer kein Handtuch gewechselt oder sauber gemacht.

Skvělý pobyt v krásném prostředí.
Pros:

Je vidět, že majitelé do toho vkládají srdce. Skvělý servis, ochota, krásné prostředí. Oceňuji zejména péči o klienty a radost, kterou šíří kolem sebe.

Cons:

Není nic, co bych opravdu mohl vytknout.

Nice location, clean room but pretty dated. Noise is insane in the room if someone is running/playing on corridors (family friendly hotel ;)
