Important information:

The property has self-check in as an entry method. Access instructions will be sent to you once the deposit and tourist tax have been paid.

As of July 1st 2022, Andorra introduces a mandatory tourist tax for all people over 16 years old. The amount of the fee is €2.09 (The maximum amount will be 14.63 euros per person).


A damage deposit of €150 is required. The property will charge this a few days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed. A link will be provided to make payment before the check-in date

LONG STAY reservation conditions more than 14 days:
- Deposit of €400 to be delivered to reception on the day the keys are handed over
- €45 CLEANING SUPPLEMENT FOR STAYS OF 14 NIGHTS OR MORE
- No noise is allowed from 22:00 to 08:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Estancia buena cerca de pistas
Pros:

Apartamento perfecto para una familia con todo lo básico para pasar unos días cerca de las pistas.
Limpio, acogedor y calentito.
Llegada independiente y atención rápida.
Ofrecen servicio de garage cubierto y taquilla de pago muy practico
El apartamento está a unos 3 minutos en coche del siguiente poblado, Arinsal, donde hay supermercados, bares, lavandería, alquiler de material de esquí y el tele cabina que sube a la zona de pistas de Arinsal.
Montaña hacia abajo a unos 10 Minutos se encuentra la Massana con mucho más movimiento. Muchas tiendas y bares y tele cabina que sube a la zona de esquí de PAL. También se puede acceder a pistas PAL en coche en unos 20 minutos desde el apartamento.
Hay una parada de bus Justo en frente del edificio que te lleva a todas direcciones.
En general buen sitio para quedarse y pasar unos días cerca de pistas.

Cons:

Aunque la ropa de cama era muy limpia y buena el colchón se hundía en el centro.
Es una pena que el bar de abajo no estuviera en funcionamiento

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Todo bien, limpio y bien ubicado

Cons:

La cisterna del WC no iba bien y daba problemas.
Además por la noche se oía un sonido de goteo procedente de dentro del armario (supongo que calefacción) y era algo molesto.

Confortable apartamento bien ubicado cerca de pistas
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del remonte. Es cómodo y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Atención excelente. Tuvimos un problema con la cisterna del WC y vinieron enseguida a repararlo y en domingo!

Cons:

El parking es algo justo y no tiene reserva de plaza.

Nice convenient flat near arinsal for ski
Pros:

- good location, right next to bus stops, convenient to hop on the free ski bus and barcelona bus
- if good weather, 15mins to walk, very easy on the way back but a little steep
- lift is a big plus
- most basics are there, small fridge, small hob, coffee machine, bialetti, small kettle, toaster, microwave
- lots of storage
- good comms via whatsapp
- lots of pillows and bedding extras, towels
- gets very warm and cosy very fast
- quick hot water

Cons:

- some cooking basics, like salt pepper oil etc, would have been great
- there is no dishwasher, which is acceptable for this price point, but at least a dish rack would help
- sofa was ok to sleep, beds were a bit uncomfortable for me and felt like they need a change (some foams were visibly crumbly underneath)
- a bit noisy when people walk or plug something on the wall
- toilet rolls, washing up liquid, utensils are few, but thankfully they can bring more if you communicate

Very nice apartment, although dealing with the management company was a bit of a pain.
Pros:

Very nice apartment - clean and spacious with everything you need. It's about a 10 minute walk uphill to the centre of the village, or a couple of minutes drive. The bed was large and comfortable. The apartment has central heating which kept us lovely and warm during our stay in February.

Cons:

We felt the extra 13 euros per night for the underground parking was a bit expensive. Also, the light in the car park didn't stay on long enough, and would often go off during loading and unloading. The management company made us jump through a lot of hoops before we arrived, and took the 150 euros directly from my credit card rather than taking a pre-austhorisation. This meant that I didn't get my deposit back in full in my own currency.
