Important information:

The property has self-check in as an entry method. Access instructions will be sent to you once the deposit and tourist tax have been paid.

As of July 1st 2022, Andorra introduces a mandatory tourist tax for all people over 16 years old. The amount of the fee is €2.09 (The maximum amount will be 14.63 euros per person).


A damage deposit of €150 is required. The property will charge this a few days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed. A link will be provided to make payment before the check-in date

LONG STAY reservation conditions more than 14 days:
- Deposit of €400 to be delivered to reception on the day the keys are handed over
- €45 CLEANING SUPPLEMENT FOR STAYS OF 14 NIGHTS OR MORE
- No noise is allowed from 22:00 to 08:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Hemos estado bien.
Pros:

Una ubicación buena, un balcón con bonitas vistas.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada que no me gustase, hemos estado 5 días y ha pasado rápido, pero para una familia de cuatro miembros, mejoraría la nevera, se queda pequeña y enfría muy poco.

Millor del que esperava. Instal·lacions àmplies, còmodes, molt tranquil i silenciós.

Cons:

No hi havia forn. El matalàs de matrimoni s'enfonsava una mica, però t'hi acostumes. A vegades era difícil contactar amb l'anfitrió, ja que només es podia trucar. Llàstima que la sala/bar de sota estava tancada.

Amplio, limpio,con todo lo necesario para estar una semana,cama cómoda.

Apartamento cómodo, bien estructurado y con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. Todo bien!

Cons:

Hubo un pequeño problemilla a la hora del check-in, que no estaban las llaves donde deberían, se solucionó porque había una persona del servicio por allí. El tema parking, que no este incluido. Se puede aparcar en la carretera pero a depende que horas lo tienes que dejar muy lejos.

Große, gut ausgestattete Fewo geeignet für Frühaufsteher und Leute, die Lärm nicht stört

Ausstattung, geräumig, Tiefgarage gg. Aufpreis, Aufzug, Bad und Toilette getrennt, Balkon

Cons:

extremer Straßenlärm, Bett zu hart, kein Infomaterial z.B. Wanderkarte in der Fewo, erst am letzten Tag in noch wegen Baumaßnahmen geschlossenem Restaurant direkt unter der Fewo entdeckt.
Keine Dichtung an Spritzschutz an der Badewannendusche
keine Balkonmöbel
Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht in Betrieb nehmen
Kein Personal vor Ort, mehrfache Aufforderung zu Zahlung, die schon getätigt war

Pros:

Apartamento bastante completo, tranquilo y fácil aparcamiento en el exterior.

Cons:

La cafetería de abajo prácticamente sin nada y los camareros con pocas o ningunas ganas de trabajar, es una pena porque no hay mucho alrededor para tomarte algo o comerte un bocadillo sin tener que coger el coche.
