Nice hotel next to ski slopes in Zell am See.
Pros:

The hotel is a very classy one, Austrian style, elegant and cozy. All worked fairly well. We were able to occupying the room much earlier than check in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Perhaps the bathroom was a bit small.

Great stay in the Austrian Alps.
Pros:

Hotel Berner is a wonderful hotel. The thing that sets it apart is the amazing staff, they were extremely kind and helpful. Anca at the reception desk is the best.

Cons:

We wished we stayed longer, two days were not enough.

Amazing view with amazing facility
Pros:

I like the location and hospitality of the hotel team. After arrival, we were greeted with drinks and while drinking the wonderful lady came to us, and we filled up our details. The Complementary Summer Card covered everything around the area including cable car, boat ride, bus and train. Amazing breakfast. Private parking facility available and 7 minutes walk to the lake. From our balcony we had the lake and Mountain View both . Last but not in the list I wake up from sleep hearing bell from the cow who are grassing on the Alps.

Cons:

Simply nothing to complain.
