Alles in allem sehr schön und gerne auch wieder. Nur nicht wieder Zimmer 401

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist schön und das Wellness Angebot mehr als ausreichend.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war außerordentlich klein. Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal da, und war ehrlich gesagt ein wenig schockiert wie klein mein Zimmer im vergleich zum ersten Besuch war. Gleiche Kategorie gebucht und auch gleicher Preis. Darüber kann ich noch hinwegsehen…was aber ein echtes Problem war, war die Tatsache das man als erwachsener stabil gebauter Mann nicht mal ordentlich auf dem WC sitzen konnte. Es war so dicht an der Wand auf der einen Seite, und so dicht and der Badewanne auf der anderen Seite, dass ich schräg sitzen musste und dann noch mein Bein quasi über die Ecke der Wanne legen, um das alles irgendwie komfortabel zu gestalten. Ein Großer Minuspunkt bei fast 200€ für die Nacht.

Absolute Wohlfühloase – Erholung, Genuss und perfekter Service!
Unser Aufenthalt war vom ersten Moment an pure Entspannung. Der Wellnessbereich ist großzügig, sehr gepflegt und lädt mit seiner ruhigen Atmosphäre zum Abschalten ein. Die Massage war eines der Highlights – professionell durchgeführt, individuell abgestimmt und einfach himmlisch!
Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls rundum verwöhnt. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen: eine große Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Produkten, warmen Speisen, frischem Obst und köstlichem Gebäck – perfekt für einen genussvollen Start in den Tag.
Am Abend erwartete uns ein abwechslungsreiches Salatbuffet und ein hervorragend abgestimmtes 3-Gänge-Menü. Jeder Gang war nicht nur geschmacklich ein Erlebnis, sondern auch liebevoll angerichtet. Man spürt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird.
Das gesamte Team war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Genau die richtige Balance, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen.
Ein Ort zum Abschalten, Genießen und neue Energie tanken – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

A family owned hotel with very friendly and engaged staff
Pros:

The staff stood out. They were always genuinely happy and would look to proactively assist in any way they could.

The quality of the food, we were on a half board basis, was very good and drink prices were reasonable. The ability to eat outside in front of the hotel was fantastic.

There is a well equipped gym, although not air conditioning, and two good pools.

The room size was good and it had a west facing balcony.

Cons:

I’d got the impression, from photographs online, that whilst in the town of Soll the hotel had country views from the sunset rooms. Whilst this was true if you looked in to the distance you first had to ignore the hotel car park and other buildings.

It was very hot during our stay and, like the vast majority of Austrian hotels, the hotel does not have air conditioning. For us the room was hot but the hotel were very kind and lent us a fan.

Pros:

Great family area spa, the kids loved it. Staff very welcoming and helpful, they came to sing happy birthday for our eldest's birthday, and gave us free prosecco for us. Food excellent, pancakes every day for breakfast, they clearly have a great pastry chef and a passion for good food.
The beds were firm but comfortable.
There were two different sizes of pillows with different firmness which was helpful, along with dressing gowns provided for us all! We would definitely come again and recommend the hotel to anyone.

Cons:

Wish we'd checked the dress code before arriving, it would be helpful if this was provided via booking.com before departure.
We had a family room which means the kids were in with us. They don't have any other rooms apart from one, where the kids would be in a separate but connected room unfortunately. So we didn't sleep well (although we obviously booked the room knowing this).
The bath in the room didn't hold any water so we had to use the better showers in the family spa area.
