Excelente Hotel.
Pros:

El personal del hotel es muy amable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo, moderno y silencioso. Es un espacio ideal para disfrutar de Ipiales y además para descansar.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó, es que no haya luz amarilla en la habitación. Personalmente, siento más descanso con la luz amarilla que con la blanca. Un pequeño foco en las mesitas de noche podrían solucionarlo.

La atención de una de las funcionarias de recepción, quise reservar para una noche a mi retorno de Ecuador y no me dio la posibilidad, aunque había cupo. Fue displicente.
