Pros:

The only thing it was clean

Cons:

They merged two single beds instead of providing a proper double bed.
The internet does not reach the rooms.
It is advertised as a hotel apartment, but it does not have the quality or service standards of a hotel.
The road leading to the apartments is in very poor condition.

When we arrived, there was only one barista present, and he was very busy serving people by the pool. We had to wait and look for someone to assist us with check-in. The barista seemed in a hurry to hand us the room card and leave. Important details, such as the Wi-Fi network and password, were not explained. However, even if they had been provided, the internet still would not have reached the rooms.

One positive thing is that I asked for a sandwich to be prepared for the next morning, and they did prepare it. The rooms were also clean. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The beds were uncomfortable, mainly because they were simply two single beds joined together instead of an actual double bed.

Another incident happened one afternoon when I came to pay for the sandwiches and ask about the check-out process for the next morning, as I had an early departure. The barista was sitting at a table while I was waiting, and although he clearly saw me, he did not come to assist because there is no proper reception desk. He only stood up when he received a phone call, around five minutes after I had already been waiting there. I then had to wait for him to finish the phone call before he answered my questions.

I am the kind of person who overlooks many inconveniences if the staff are welcoming and humble. For example, at Tolo Hotel, the furniture was old, but I did not complain because Dimitris, the owner, was very welcoming, and I genuinely enjoyed staying there. The same applies now at Saz, where the staff have been very welcoming. However, with IRIS, hospitality does not seem to exist in their dictionary. That was unfortunately not the case there.

Welcome relief at the end of a 3/52 sailing trip on a 32 foot boat which finished in the rain!
Pros:

Lovely room, warm shower and comfy bed, fantastic staff.

Cons:

Woken at 0300 by loud returning german guests (not the hotel's fault obviously)!

Clean, modern and very comfortable
Pros:

The property is really well maintained and the rooms are very clean and modern

Cons:

It was ideal for us as we came of a yacht on the hotels pontoon. However some may find it a little bit out of town. It is only a 10min walk though.

Pros:

Premium quality accommodation. It is a real holiday resort. Christian, the boss and owner, is a fantastic man, but all the staff is very polite and professional. We will return some day, for sure.

Nice hotel in Nidri
Pros:

The room we got was very spacious room, big swimming pool. Place is clean and modern.
Quite area, not too far from the reataurants and other attractions.

Cons:

To compare with other hotels there are things which could be improved. But overall nice hotel.
