Pros:

It's a perfect location for experiencing Koukaki. It's close to many good bakeries, cafes and restaurants, as well as touristic attractions like Akropolis and the botanical gardens. The staff was very helpful with everything. The balcony was huge, which was great for having a take-away breakfast or lunch. The hotel is also located closely to the metro, making it a simple trip from the airport.

Cons:

It can be hard to fall asleep when you have noisy neighbours. While the hotel seems to be located far from any busy street, you can hear scooters, car alarms and arguments quite easily. The cleaning ladies, while very helpful and nice, seem to come at random hours, sometimes at 9:00am, sometimes as late as 2:00pm. It would be cool to know in advance so that I could leave the room in time.

Ντουλάπα γεμάτη αχρείαστα πράγματα και δεν μπορεί να χηισιμοποιηθεί για ρούχα.
Έλλειψη καλογήρου.

Location was perfect, nice big bed, staff were very friendly

Cons:

Had to walk up 3 flights of steps with heavy luggage, didn’t come with a lift although that is not a bad reflection on Marble House, it was just hard work, also a tiny little balcony not looking out onto anything pleasant

Pros:

Molt tranquil i ben situat, molt a prop del metro, a una parada d'Acropolis. Bona relació qualitat-preu.
Personal molt amable.

Cons:

El lavabo necessita una reforma. Les fotos publicades no tenen res a veure amb el lavabo de la nostra habitació.

Great location, poor service
Pros:

Location was great, and my room was spacious, the bed was comfy.
The bathroom has toiletries which is rare nowadays, so I was happy about it.
Check-in was 12:30 which is very convenient, check-out til 11:30 which is also generous.

Cons:

The accommodation does not have elevator, my room was on the 3rd floor, and the staircase did not have AC which was rough to climb after hours of sightseeing in 40 degrees.
If you want to use the AC in the room, they charge 5 EUR / day which is insane as it is always hot in Athens, but okay, i paid as I did not want to suffer.
I did not know it was a fridge in my room til I left, as it was deep inside the wardrobe and I only noticed it when i left.
On arrival, the receptionist did not give much info about how to open / close the room, and I had to go up and down the 3 floors multiple times to have it done properly.

As a newby to Greece, we had the best introduction to the country and will definitely return!
Pros:

The hotel owners were very welcoming and helpful. There were no meals served which we knew, but the owners were happy to point out lovely cafes and restaurants close to the hotel. They were all reasonably priced too.

Cons:

Maybe a dispenser for coffee and tea in the lounge.
