Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The shower drainage was not working properly, so whenever we took a shower, the water flooded the bathroom and reached the middle of the room.

We reported the problem to the owner, who told us that someone would come and fix it while we were outside. Unfortunately, nothing was properly resolved. The shower was in poor condition, there was no soap, and the tap was broken. The other rooms they offered us also smelled strongly of sewage.

We were forced to stay because we had already paid for two nights. It was a very disappointing experience.

For this price we expected something more...
There was nothing specific wrong, but being in Alps and Dolomites alot, it just can't compare..
also we got the feeling that the stuff just want to squish the money out of you...

Wspaniałe miejsce, warte polecenia! Świetna lokalizacja do wypadów w góry!
Pokoje bardzo czyste, śniadania przepyszne w świetnej cenie. Nawet osoby niejedzące mięsa znajdą coś dla siebie. Każdego dnia przemiły pan z obsługi hotelu pokazywał nam, które dania są wegetariańskie.
W tym miejscu naprawdę czujesz się jak mile widziany gość i możesz liczyć na wspaniałą atmosferę .

Pros:

Friendly staff, especially Ruzica the sales manager. Great room with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.
The breakfast was also very good and the staff friendly
