Fantastic stay with delicious food, generous portions, and a great location for walkers
Pros:

Fantastic stay overall. The food was absolutely delicious, with very generous portions, and the hotel caters well for gluten-free guests. Great value for money. The location is also convenient , just 2 km from the town center and 4 km from Black Lake, making it perfect for anyone who enjoys walking.

Pros:

The lady the reception very supportive and friendly. Rooms and restaurant are OK

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy due to a group of guests that made noise till late night. The staff at breakfast was unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Największym atutem była duża łazienka z suszarką do włosów. Dostaliśmy dość wygodne łóżko. Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, blisko Czarnego Jeziora, czy do drogi P14 oraz do centrum.

Cons:

W łazience nie było żelu w dozowniku, deszczownica była uszkodzona (tryskała wodą na wszystkie strony). Kanapa, która znajdowała się w pokoju była prawdopodobnie zarwana. Na dość małym balkonie stał jakiś kaloryfer. Dostaliśmy również zupełnie inny pokój niż był na zdjęciach. Śniadania były dla nas dość średnie, większość rzeczy było ciężkich i smażonych w dodatku zimnych. Nie było żadnych warzyw np. ogórek czy pomidor.

Solitamente non faccio recensioni negative ma in questo caso.. ho chiesto di anticipare la colazione [inclusa nel mio pacchetto] alle ore 7 e mi é stata data la possibilitá. Invece alla mattina non c'era nulla e con tono maleducato dello staff abbiamo perfino dovuto pagare un caffé. La camera non é mai stata rifatta. Il personale non é particolarmente disponibile.

Le serveur parle parfaitement le français et le reste de l'équipe fait également des efforts pour communiquer dans la langue de Molière.

The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The shower drainage was not working properly, so whenever we took a shower, the water flooded the bathroom and reached the middle of the room.

We reported the problem to the owner, who told us that someone would come and fix it while we were outside. Unfortunately, nothing was properly resolved. The shower was in poor condition, there was no soap, and the tap was broken. The other rooms they offered us also smelled strongly of sewage.

We were forced to stay because we had already paid for two nights. It was a very disappointing experience.

For this price we expected something more...
There was nothing specific wrong, but being in Alps and Dolomites alot, it just can't compare..
also we got the feeling that the stuff just want to squish the money out of you...

Cons:
