Cons:

Общая проблема в Сербии и отеле в частности - курение в общественных местах. Планировал накануне посетить ресторан в центре города. Послушать национальную музыку. Везде курят. Не курящим называют отдельный балкон, который находится в одном помещении с курящими. Это ужасно. При мне девушка не стала бронировать на 12 человек из-за той же причины. В отеле на завтраке думал спокойно покушать без дыма, так и там на балконе, в рамках одного помещения, курят. Это реальная проблема для страны.

Отличное расположение. Отель пользуется популярностью, поэтому опция "ранний заезд" скорее всего не реализуема. Придется жать расчетного часа

Красиво! Вкусно! Запоминающе!
Pros:

Красивое здание отеля очень удобно расположено. Проживали две ночи в двухэтажном номере для трех человек. Очень удобно что туалеты есть на каждом этаже, красивый вид с балкончика на улицу и кафе, шум от дороги слышен только при открытых окнах. Красивые интерьеры номера и холла радовали глаз. Удобные кровати (даже дополнительное спальное место для третьего человека), хорошее постельное белье, пушистые полотенца -все это сделалош отдых приятным. Прекрасный завтрак, который можно начать с бокала игристого под живую музыку, и продолжить великолепными десертами !

Cons:

Не понравилось:
1) в 13.10 отказали заселить и предложили подойти в 14. В 14 не смогли заселить, заселили в 14.40, мелочь, но хотелось бы реальное время знать, а не сидеть на диване с вещами .
2) предварительно я уведомляла про день рождения супруга, общались по переписке с персоналом, но получилось так что подарок кому-то вручили, но не нам.
3) номер был оплачен на три человека. Но в номере комплект халатов и тапочек на двоих, это расстраивает третьего человека (как будто про него забыли)
4) лифт в отеле загружен в утренне время что не очень удобно
Это вроде бы все мелочи, но такие мелочи оставляют неприятный осадок.
