We think the location is amazing. However, we didn’t like people gathering in front of the building to exchange cards, sitting on steps, blocking our way in, some were even selling things to us. This is one of the reasons we wouldn’t book it again but would come back for a coffee.

Nothing that i can think of
We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip. Absolutely clean bedding and room, and a very comfortable and stable mattress that’s the most important thing while you're traveling. The guest amenities and toiletries in the little bottles and soap squares are of such good quality, with a sophisticated scent. These little details made our stay feel like a traditional hotel, which most contemporary hotels have lost. The staff is very helpful, friendly, smiley, and attentive.
Breakfast is excellent! The breakfast room has a convenient layout. They even serve a few desserts from the restaurant Tchaikovsky.
The cafe/ dinner terrace is beautiful, with large, comfortable tables. Based on the city restaurant experience, the Tchaikovsky restaurant menu is a way delicious and service is greater. For a hotel guests they provide a 10% discount wish we used with pleasure.
Live piano music in the lobby makes you feel as a special guest.The hotel background music is quiet, gentle and unobtrusive.
I personally use a hotel transfer for a many years versus taxi. The hotel sent us a great clearest modern car full of digital amenities, including the seat massage. Their drivers deserve special admiration. You don't feel the motion at all! One of our flight’s and the luggage were delay, but the driver waited for us all that time.
The hotel placed in an excellent location near the historical attractions and comfortable infrastructure. The city view from the room gives the extra experience to learn the local life and country traditions.
The scrambled eggs were cold a couple of mornings. The bidet is small for an adult, but I still give the highest score since the personnel at every level were trying to make our stay welcoming.

Пожалуй самый самобытный отель в Белграде, отель с налетом советского шика. При этом все современные услуги так же доступны. Отзывчивый персонал, хорошо говорящий и на английском и на русском. Завтраки великолепные, именно такие как и должны быть в "советском" отеле. Очень приятное лобби, большое и просторное, удобное для встреч.

My husband and I have now stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love everything about it - the location is perfect, the staff are warm, welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. The historic charm of this beautiful old hotel makes the experience even more special. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
