Pros:

המלון היה נחמד. החדר מרווח וקרוב לאתר סקי.

Cons:

האוכל במסעדה לא היה לטעמנו ויקר מאוד!! שום מנה לא היתה טעימה לנו. היתה חסרה ירידה מסודרת לאתר סקי. אין מספיק תאורה בחדר. המזרון והכריות פחות נוחות..

Swiss otel İsmini haketmeyen son derece vasat bir otel

Sadece kayak pistine yakın olması

Cons:

Daha önce gitmiş olduğum swiss otelleri arasında hayal kırıklığı yaratan tek otel olmuştur.Bu ismin yakın zamanda otelden alınmasını umarım.Otelde geçirmiş olduğumuz 5 gecelik bu tatilimizde İlk belirtmek istediğim,odaların günlük temizliğinde yatak örtmekten başka hiç bir temizlik yapılmamasıdır.Her yer toz içerisindeydi.Günlük havlu dahi bırakılmamıştı.Aynı hijyen problemleri restauranttada vardı.Yemek yediğimiz masanın yanına bırakılmış olan peçete 5 gün boyunca orada durdu.(resimlerdede sunmuş bulunmaktayım).otelde oturup vakit geçirecek tek bahçe alanında bu soğukta ısıtıcı açmayan sandalyelere minder vermeyen ve lobide yediğimiz içtiğimiz servisleri dahi gece boyunca gelip almayan kötü garsonlar ile vermiş oldukları yarım pansiyon konseptinde Akşam yemekleride son derece zayıf ve çocuk dahi doyamayacak porsiyonlarda verilmektedir.Verdikleri çorbanın içerisindende fotoğraflarda sunmuş olduğum ambalaj ürünü çıkmıştır.Bu şikayetimizi restaurant şefi jovan a belirttikten sonra kendisi bize kalan iki gecemiz için alakart restaurantta bize ikram edeceğini söylemesine rağmen çıkışta bizlerden çeşitli laf oyunları yaparak alakart restauran için 210 euro extra talep etmiş bulunmaktadırlar.Kendisinin ve resepsiyonda bizleri kazıklamaya çalışan diğer vojislav isimli arkadaşında fotoğraflarını paylaştım.

Great hotel and staff, amazing location, bit overpriced.
Pros:

Great hotel, amazing staff, best location if you're in Kolasin for skiing. You have free parking (quite large and places always available).

Cons:

Prices in the hotel for dinner are extremely high comparing to what you can find in Kolasin. Food is good but its value is highly overpriced. Dinner for two cost 110 EUR. In Kolasin, you can find it for 3 times less.

Perfect stay with amazing staff, food, location, and a truly outstanding hotel director.
Pros:

We stayed at Swissôtel Kolašin and had an excellent experience.

The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything was clean, well organized, and truly family-friendly. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional.

A special highlight of our stay was the hotel director — extremely professional, present, and focused on every detail, which truly reflects in the overall quality of the hotel.

The entire staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

Huge potential to become a leading ski resort in the Ballkans but not there yet!
Pros:

The Location next to the ski lift, very friendly and heplful staff. Very good ski rentals.

Cons:

1.Parking area not cleaned from ice and snow.
2.Ski in ski out slope path not maintained, in such stage that is risky to ski.
3.SPA very small and the masseuse was missing.
4.There aren't apres ski activities in the hotel.
5.Hotel public areas are very small that there wasn't enough space for all the guests.
6.Only one restaurant avaliable.
