- ужасная еда! хуже я не видела. на завтрак полугнилые огурцы, помидоры и все - овощей больше нет; на ужин была одна единственная курица жутко сухая: ни рыбы, ни другого мяса. перечислять можно бесконечно
- персонал, который не желает помогать. у ребенка разболелся зуб, она плакала. мы обратились на ресепшер за помощью и получили ничего. даже не спросили «в чем проблема?»
- просила гладильную доску, утюг и доп набор полотенец в номер (потому что нас было 2 взр + ребенок), а полотенец было на 2 человек. не принесли. попросила снова на след день, объяснив, что вчера не принесли, ресепшен даже не извинился за ситуацию
Nice place. The pool is not safe place.
Very slipy and the eage is sharp to the kids. Take care. The staff dont care.
The room is nice
I thought the property was in a beautiful location and it was very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the breakfast was great.
My daughter cut up her fingers in the pool and the tile is super slippery, they should treat it or replace it because I think it’s dangerous.

Sobe su odlične, čiste i prostrane. Sadržaj u sobama je odličan. Osoblje je ljubazno i predusretiljivo.
Spa sadržaji kvare utisak celokupnog doživljaja hotela. Voda u bazenu je hladna, a spa zona ima samo saunu i parno kupatilo koje nije bilo u funkciji.

Nice hotel BUT very disappointing experience.
One of our friends became seriously ill after eating trout at the hotel restaurant — we have the bill and strongly suspect food poisoning.
The handling by the staff was even worse. We were initially explicitly allowed to keep a second room so our sick friend could stay isolated while the rest of us slept. One hour later, around 23:30, the hotel suddenly reversed the decision and forced us to return to one room. We then spent 45 minutes at reception trying to find a reasonable solution, with no flexibility or understanding of the situation.
For a four-star hotel, both the food safety issue and the catastrophic handling of the incident are simply unacceptable.
Very high class. New facilities, pool, sauna. Rooms are very nice.
Long road to get here. Breakfast was too busy and they couldn't manage the pressure.
