הגענו לאתר סקי שלא בעונה זכינו בשקט שלווה מלון מהמם ביופיו מושקע מאוד בעיצוב חניה חינם חדר גדול שני חדרים. עם מטבחון וכל האביזרים לקפה צלחות מקרר מכיל מכונת קפה. אביזרי מקלחת עד הפרט האחרון ארוחת בוקר בבחירה אישית שפע ירקות פירות צוות נעים מאוד שירות מעולה. מיקום עם מסלולים תצפית וטיולי כוכב שעשינו היו מדהימים מלון ענק שבעונה זו בקושי יש אורחים וקיבלנו הכי הכי

The resort has potential, but there is still work to be done.

Very stylish, beautiful, and high-end renovations. The sauna and hammam are truly good. The cigar room is simply amazing. The rooms are cleaned well 🤩

Cons:

The food quality was very poor, both à la carte and at breakfast. For a hotel of this caliber and at these prices, it should be significantly better.

Most of the time, the food was tasteless; for breakfast, they served stale pancakes that were three days old and other pastries left over from previous breakfasts.

Cleanliness in the breakfast area left much to be desired—there were bits of food lying under the tables, and there was a thick layer of dust on the shelves.

Sometimes the tables remained dirty for a long time, even though there were very few guests and the staff wasn’t busy—they were just chatting. The restaurant manager was constantly chatting with the staff at the bar instead of coordinating their work and ensuring cleanliness.

The hotel has good potential for its dining options, but they really need to improve the operations of both the kitchen and the dining room staff.

YouTube doesn't work on the TVs across from the bed in the room, even though the hotel could fix this in a single day.
You can't watch anything before bed, which is really inconvenient and old-fashioned.

Прекрасное место для непродолжительного семейного отдыха в горах
Pros:

Уютный, чистый и комфортный отель рядом со склоном. Удобно для семьи. В номере есть все необходимое. Ресторан вкусный, спа зона чистая.

Cons:

Баня работает только в послеобеденное время, то есть после утреннего катания погреться не получится. В вечернее время бассейн не доступен для детей, а хотелось бы.

Wonderfull
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the food was delicious.

The staff were professional, attentive, and very kind across all departments from housekeeping to restaurant service and spa. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

A special thank you for the thoughtful birthday touches, which made our visit even more memorable.

We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay in the mountain.
Pros:

The hotel is the best option for a family trip either for skiing or for outdoor activities, as it is located right on the lift. The hotel itself is excellent, on very aspect. This was not our first time, and as always, we enjoyed our stay. The suite is very comfortable for families. We will be back for sure.

I would come again: rooms were lovely, location perfect, and overall experience excellent!
Pros:

The location was absolutely fantastic, just a two-minute walk from the ski resort. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the building was warm and inviting, with a charming fireplace that was lit and crackling cheerfully, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere.

Cons:

The room was clean overall, though there was one corner where the floor felt sticky, I’m not sure what caused that. With just a bit more attention to detail, the cleanliness could easily reach a perfect 10/10. Aside from that, it was a great hotel and a fantastic experience.
