Very well positioned on the slopes

Very good for skiing
Pros:

Good hotel, above the regional standard. Not cheap, but most conveniently located if you are there to ski. Elegant, modern, natural materials, spacious, practical suites with anything needed including stove, kitchen & cook ware, nespresso machine, balcony with every room, ski room for storing ski equipment

Cons:

no individual heating (or off mode), no automatic refill of water, tea, minibar.
Loud ‘elevator’ music in all aisles all hours and particularly enervating in the breakfast room. Not super clean (couch table not cleaned/still marks from glasses, foootprints from previous guests on scales etc ).

Pros:

Очень стильный отель, все красиво и комфортно. Хорошие завтраки. Есть СПА и бассейн. В наших номерах была кухня со всем необходимым, кофе-машина, чайник. Вобщем все на уровне. Было очень тепло.

Cons:

Мы заселялись в пятницу, приехали в отель к 16:00, было много гостей, которые также ожидали заселения в номера. В итоге нас заселили в 18:15

Büyük odalar.Aile konaklamasına uygun. Konum harika tam 1650'de. Otelden direkt yürüyerek Troglova'da olabiliyorsun.

המלון היה נחמד. החדר מרווח וקרוב לאתר סקי.

Cons:

האוכל במסעדה לא היה לטעמנו ויקר מאוד!! שום מנה לא היתה טעימה לנו. היתה חסרה ירידה מסודרת לאתר סקי. אין מספיק תאורה בחדר. המזרון והכריות פחות נוחות..

Swiss otel İsmini haketmeyen son derece vasat bir otel

Daha önce gitmiş olduğum swiss otelleri arasında hayal kırıklığı yaratan tek otel olmuştur.Bu ismin yakın zamanda otelden alınmasını umarım.Otelde geçirmiş olduğumuz 5 gecelik bu tatilimizde İlk belirtmek istediğim,odaların günlük temizliğinde yatak örtmekten başka hiç bir temizlik yapılmamasıdır.Her yer toz içerisindeydi.Günlük havlu dahi bırakılmamıştı.Aynı hijyen problemleri restauranttada vardı.Yemek yediğimiz masanın yanına bırakılmış olan peçete 5 gün boyunca orada durdu.(resimlerdede sunmuş bulunmaktayım).otelde oturup vakit geçirecek tek bahçe alanında bu soğukta ısıtıcı açmayan sandalyelere minder vermeyen ve lobide yediğimiz içtiğimiz servisleri dahi gece boyunca gelip almayan kötü garsonlar ile vermiş oldukları yarım pansiyon konseptinde Akşam yemekleride son derece zayıf ve çocuk dahi doyamayacak porsiyonlarda verilmektedir.Verdikleri çorbanın içerisindende fotoğraflarda sunmuş olduğum ambalaj ürünü çıkmıştır.Bu şikayetimizi restaurant şefi jovan a belirttikten sonra kendisi bize kalan iki gecemiz için alakart restaurantta bize ikram edeceğini söylemesine rağmen çıkışta bizlerden çeşitli laf oyunları yaparak alakart restauran için 210 euro extra talep etmiş bulunmaktadırlar.Kendisinin ve resepsiyonda bizleri kazıklamaya çalışan diğer vojislav isimli arkadaşında fotoğraflarını paylaştım.
