Maravilloso lugar
Pros:

Todo maravilloso, desde el personal que siempre fue muy atento y amable, la habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario, el desayuno fabuloso, riquísimo, y la ubicación estupenda para ir caminando a cualquier parte.

A wonderful family run hotel
Pros:

Veronica and her team of staff were excellent, providing service over and beyond the norm. They were generous, knowledgeable and sincere and treated all of us like family. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious

Cons:

The room while clean was quite spartan with no water or coffee making facilities. However, this was made up with drinks, fruits, cakes available all day in the lobby. You do need to inform the team, if you wanted your room cleaned.

Un hotel muy acojedor con personal muy amable !
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo , el personal del hotel fue muy amable , el buffet ofrecía comida fresca y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias , los encargados del hotel estaban disponibles para ayudarnos pues aunque no hablamos bosnio ni tampoco inglés ellos nos ayudaron mucho por que también el personal podía hablar varios idiomas entre ellos el español :) lo cual facilitó la estadía, ellos nos dieron muchos tips para visitar este hermoso lugar .

Für 2.Nächte war es OK.Die Lage war Top.Du bist schnell zum Zentrum gekommen und auch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten war es nicht weit.

Von der Ausstattung her könnte es mehr sein.Für 3.Personen war das Zimmer schon recht klein.
