Das gesamte Personal ist einfach ausgezeichnet – so herzlich, aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie man es nur selten erlebt. Schon vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Frühstück: Obwohl wir am ersten Tag die ersten und einzigen Gäste beim Frühstück waren, wurde extra für uns ein frisches, liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück vorbereitet. Alles war mit großer Sorgfalt und auf höchstem Niveau organisiert – ein Service, der alles andere als selbstverständlich ist.

Die Gastfreundschaft, die Professionalität und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird und das Wohl der Gäste an erster Stelle steht.

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung weiter. 10/10 – einfach alles top!

Ovo je do sada najbolji objekt u Međugorju koji smo posjetili. Sve je bilo izvrsno. Od soba i ostalih hotelskih prostorija koji su jako uredni, komotni, doručka koji je raznolik i izuzetno bogat, prikladan za sve uzraste. A najviše od svega nam se svidjela ljubaznost, susretljivost i pristupačnost osoblja koji uz sav svoj ogroman posao nađu vremena za razgovor i za sva naša pitanja, a pri tome ne skidaju osmijeh sa lica. I za kraj ti još daju i pokloncic za uspomenu. Predivni i dragi domacini. Cista desetka! Vidimo se opet nagodinu!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Branco as a family of 6. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The two young ladies working there were also so kind, friendly, and helpful, always looking after us every day with a smile. The breakfast each morning was lovely, with plenty of food and great variety.
The hotel itself was spotless and very well kept, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing for our whole family.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medjugorje and would happily stay there again.

Complimenti vivissimi alla proprietaria e a tutto il suo staff: persone deliziose, accoglienti e disponibilissime oltre la misura, é come trovarsi a casa con famigliari e amici . Dire GRAZIE di tutto è dire poco. Abbiamo proseguito il nostro soggiorno anche in altri luoghi della Croazia e della Slovenia ma questo è stato imbattibile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

We stayed for 3 nights in early May. It is located outside the main centre but it’s still only a short 10 minute walk to StJames Church. Neira at reception was very helpful and will do her best to help you with any questions or anything you may need. It was very reasonably priced. The breakfast was adequate for us. Eggs and tomatoes and a toaster to make your own toast. Some fruit and juice also available. A past guest had left Irish breakfast teabags so that was great to make a big mug of tea in the mornings.
