Montha is my first choice when staying in Chiang Mai. As a single or as a couple.

Worked for just 1 night.

Cons:

No elevator. Room was smoking hot when I first got there in January. Wi-Fi is okay. Water wasn't ever beyond lukewarm even though it was turned up all the way. In an extremely touristy area so very little Thai people around and a lot of a Western feel instead of feeling like you're in Thailand. Wouldn't stay here to actually stay and explore Chiang Mai as you're basically in a tourist trap.

After the renovation, the hotel has become very pleasant

Cons:

Unfortunately, there's construction going on behind the building, so there's sometimes a little noise during the day in the rooms facing that direction.

Nice hotel but unfortunate ending.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Good rooms for a budget traveller.

Cons:

To help the hotel out I booked an extra 15 nights directly with them instead of booking.com or any other travel agency. Even though it wasnt cheaper for me.

Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to cut it 13 nights short. However they didnt want to do any refund, think along with me or meet me in the middle. So the favor wasnt mutual.

Very very GOOD
Pros:

Everything from the service at this hotel to the room is absolutely top-notch. Location is perfect if you want to live near night life, but have a room in quiet street.

Cons:

I can't thing of a negative thing. Everything was good.

Gute Lage nahe der Altstadt, Nachtbasar, Resturants, Bars ... fusslauefig zu erreichen.
Fruehstueck ausgezeichnet, Touren buchen im Hotel problemlos.
Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert
