Genieten van Stockholm begint in dit hotel !
Pros:

Mooi, recent gebouwd hotel. Luxueuze kamer met zicht op het park. Zeer goed bed (boxspring). Alles kraakproper. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Verzorgd ontbijt. Op 1000 m van het centrum. Metrostation en restaurants in de buurt.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Die Lage war toll, Frühstück lecker und tolle Auswahl, Zimmer und Bad schön, schöne Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Die Tür klapperte ziemlich laut, sobald jemand anders eine Tür aufmacht hat. Die Tür die vom Aufzug zum Hotelflur führte konnte man nicht leise schließen, also war es immer laut, wenn jemand aus und ein ging. Das war vor allem nachts und am frühen Morgen störend.

Great expectations, Disspointing outcome.
Pros:

Location was great. Room was okay.

Cons:

The hotel made noise for two nights late into the night. I had to get up the last night at 2 AM and couldn't go to sleep thereafter. While the location staff was apologetic, management didn't care at all and never bothered to even apologize.

Good location, nice hotel, but some serious staffing issues affecting what we got.
Pros:

Hotel was nice, but the room was very small. Breakfast was seriously expensive!

Cons:

Our room wasn't serviced during our entire stay despite the 'please service my room' sign being displayed and the front desk informed. The rook-top bar was only open one of the 3 nights we were there due to staffing problems. The sauna was also unavailable.

Helt magsikt mysigt ställe, frukosten var beyond bra och jag bor en hel del på hotell detta var allt man ville ha. Trevlig personal i receptionen som verkligen gjorde sitt yttersta för att möta en och hjälpa på bästa sätt" Tack!

Pros:

Location was good, but other hotels are also in this location.

Cons:

At check in we were not told about the facilities- spa, roof top bar, breakfast, check out time etc. I was asked to pay without being given an invoice. The staff did the minimum service level possible. Very disappointing experience and this should have been a wonderful experience.
