Personal muy cordial, el punto más alto del hotel, sobre todo el de Recepción. Su ubicación es céntrica y tiene un ascensor panorámico que te lleva hasta el restaurante en un piso superior, el cual tiene una vista de parte de la ciudad de Huancayo. La habitación es pequeña pero la cama si era cómoda. El agua caliente demora un rato pero si cuenta con ello. El desayuno positivo!!
Sólo un poco de ruido de algunos huéspedes que llegan a eso de 1 am y se escuchaba hasta mi habitación. Por lo demás, un buen servicio.

En la reserva mencionó que el cuarto era con balcón y sillones . Y en el cuarto nada de ello. Pero de ahí todos excelente.
Gostamos Muito da localização . Foram ágeis em nos atender em tudo que pedimos sempre com cordialidade , rapidez e educação.
Não ter onde desembarcar as bagagens . Vc precisa de ADVINHAR que existe um estacionamento na próxima esquina ( e que tem convênio com o ORLAK, só que não foi avisado ) andar cerca de 400 m carregando as malas.
The management was excellent. We had a problem with the parking garage but it was handled thoughtfully and with patience. The hotel is centrally located near the Plaza de Independencia. The breakfast was very good and the attention provided by the staff was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Huancayo.
I don't have anything negative to say about my stay. We would recommend this hotel as I mentioned in the like portion.

Me dejó una muy buena impresión. El servicio es excelente, los cuartos son súper limpios y el personal de limpieza siempre deja todo ordenado, lo cual se valora bastante. Además, el desayuno es buenísimo y los ambientes son muy cómodos y abrigadores. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia.

Cómodo, bien ubicado y con un gran servicio. El desayuno es un plus.
