The hotel run by Augusta and her extraordinarily attentive and caring attitude is truly the best experience I have had in many years of traveling around different countries. If I ever return to Pisac, I will definitely stay only in this wonderful place.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. I am quite demanding when it comes to cleanliness, and here it absolutely deserves a full 10 points. There are no unpleasant smells, the room is cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided daily.

The location is also excellent — very close to the center, yet still quiet. One evening there was a carnival on the main square, and I could faintly hear music, but it was not loud and did not disturb my rest at all. Inside the room there was soft, calm music that created a very cozy atmosphere.

At the same time, there are many good restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a local market where you can find food and souvenirs.

But the most remarkable thing is the warm atmosphere and the genuine care for the guests. I stayed during a cooler period, and Augusta suggested that I buy a hot water bottle at the pharmacy so I wouldn’t have to get into a cold bed at night. She kindly filled it with hot water for me, and after a few days, when I returned to the room in the evening after hiking in the mountains, I would find the hot water bottle already warm under the blanket — the caring hostess had prepared it in advance for my comfort.

I have never experienced such kindness and thoughtfulness anywhere else. It truly felt as if I were staying with a beloved grandmother who is happy to see you and wants to make you feel comfortable.

My heartfelt thanks to Augusta and her husband for the opportunity to stay in their home. I warmly recommend this place and will gladly stay here again in the future.

Atemberaubende Sicht auf die Berge und den wunderschönen Garten im Innenhof. Die Besitzerin ist extrem grossherzig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause.

Clean, super nice owner, quaiet

Casa Augusta is located at the heart of Pisac and feels like a home away from home.
From the moment I arrived José, the host, treated me like family - he even made a special tea to help me with altitude sickness, he would fill out my water bottle every night so I wouldn't be cold!!
The morning view was amazing, overlooking the mountains in a frame of leaves and flowers from the house's garden.
The bed was huge, and the bathroom had lots of hot water. It was super comfy.

I loved everything about my stay at Casa Augusta. Jose and his mom are excellent hosts and really made me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. The home is so beautiful and well cared for, relaxing, and has beautiful decorations. The home is right in the heart of Pisac, close to the Plaza, shopping, cafes and restaurants, anything! I stayed for 2 weeks. My room was perfect, had a lovely balcony with a view of the mountain sides and could even see some Pisac ruins. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on while traveling! Jose does his best to accommodate his guests and makes himself available. I look forward to returning to Pisac and most definitely will stay here again!

The room with the balcony view was absolutely incredible. The room was very clean. The rain head shower was very nice.
