Nothing. No one was at the front desk to check me in, even after I returned hours later. I had to book another hotel just to have a place to sleep
I had a long trip from Brazil to Orlando, arriving at the hotel around 5 PM. To my surprise, there was no one at the front desk to assist with check-in. I waited for about 40 minutes, completely unattended, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
Due to a scheduled business meeting that was the main reason for my trip, I had no choice but to leave without checking in. I returned to the hotel later that night, around 10 PM, only to find the reception still completely unmanned. No staff, no assistance, and no communication. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for any guest.
Out of necessity, I had to book another hotel that same night just to have a place to sleep.
Toilet was leaking from the wall and flooded the room. It was dirty and the water was brown. Staff said they didn’t have anyone to turn the water off and stop the leak.

Literally everything was terrible, tv didn't work at all, bathroom looked like a troll exploded,ac didn't stay on long enough to cool the room, wad of pube hairs in a clean towel, the shower /tub felt like I was gonna slip and fall threw the floor, no shower curtain, dirty floors, old beds,absolutely nothing to offer, no pool, no hot tub, no drinks or snacks or anything at all, beds were even smaller than advertised..
The location is great. THANKFULLY it is being renovated, although I wasn’t notified of this until the day of check in. The pool and other areas were boarded up. The entire hall smelled like marijuana, our room had roaches, the water in the shower was BROWN. Overall, I was disgusted and scared to even sleep here.

Cheap, good for just needing a place to rest your head and that's it.
It's definitely a "get what you pay for" type of deal; soon as I entered the room there was a pretty strong mildew smell but it went away after a while. Toilet didn't really flush all that well a few times, the headboard I had didn't match what was in pictures which wouldn't really be a big deal if it wasn't so nasty looking and scratched up, both reading lights on said headboard didn't work either, furniture in general in the room was very dingy, and the fridge didn't work at all as well and to top it off the sink in the bathroom had little ants crawling from out of it.
