Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr nett.
Das Früstühck wurde frisch zubereitet, war grosszügig und ausgezeichnet.

Elounda au mois d’octobre c’est parfait!
Pros:

Bel appartement au centre d’Elounda. Propre et très confortable. Tout se fait à pied. Bateau en face pour visiter spinalonga. Bref n’hésitez pas! Nous y étions en couple à la mi-octobre 2025.

Generally OK, did the job, but might look elsewhere before booking here again.
Pros:

Apartment was modern and clean. Location was very central. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Bathroom and shower were good with plenty of hot water, although shower always flooded bathroom floor. No extractor fan or outside window so steamed up a lot. Kitchen facilities were OK. Living area was OK and comfortable. Very noisy street outside, but sound-proofing was pretty effective. Very good air-con throughout.

Cons:

Biggest downside was the second bedroom which had no natural light - just an internal window - minimal furniture and NO DOOR, so the person using it had no privacy and was continually disturbed by any movement during the night. We stayed in apartment Terracotta, others may be different.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Spacious apartment with a partial ocean view. Comfortable beds. Good a/c. Good elevator. Terrific breakfasts prepared every day by Marie. We would stay here again.

Cons:

No microwave and closer parking.

Pros:

Appartement bien équipé avec petit balcon
Bonne communication ( avant notre arrivée) avec la propriétaire qui est charmante et qui nous a bien conseillé pour le choix des activités
Très bon petit déjeuner fait par la propriétaire ( pas de buffet mais fait à la minute)
Parking privé ( un peu éloigné)

Perfect. If I come back to Elounda (which was fabulous) this will definitely where we would come back to.
Pros:

The property is modern, beautifully designed, clean, well appointed and so close to the centre of Elounda.
Maria was fabulous - happy to help and super friendly. She organised our airport transfers, and Manos who is the driver was also so friendly and professional.
The reviews about her amazing breakfasts were so accurate! There was so many dishes presented we struggled to eat it all.
The apartment was spotless - cleaned every day and had everything we needed. And the beds!! Can’t remember sleeping in such a comfy bed in any hotel anywhere else.
We stayed in the green apartment at the front of the building. We had a small balcony at the front which was above the main road into town, but was not noisy due to the modern windows. We had a bit of a sea view too which was great!
The AC was also spot on.

We were a group of 3 and could not recommend this apartment more if you want somewhere modern and central.

Cons:

The only (very small) detail was a lack of a long mirror anywhere in the apartment- but we were 3 girls, so may not be an issue for anyone else!

Pros:

The apartment we had (the Terracota one) was clean, and we were provided with a microwave as requested (thanks Maria). Maria and the staff were very helpful and the location close to the Elounda marina/beach is a big bonus.

Parking was provided, albeit some distance away.

Air conditioning in every room, with the heat in Crete, was very much appreciated.

The apartment was cleaned daily (if needed).

There's a clothes dryer (with pegs) on the balcony which was useful for drying our wet swimming gear after a day at the beach, and having a balcony itself was a nice bonus.

Virtually everything you need in a self-catering apartment to be able to do your own cooking was provided.

Cons:

The designated parking was a ten-minute walk away, but considering that Elounda Colour Apartments is on the main (narrow) road into Elounda with no possibility of parking, it was nice that there was any parking provided at all.

The second bedroom (the one with two single beds) had no door. This was clearly by design but took us by surprise. It meant we had to watch TV in the main bedroom after putting our son to bed so as to keep the noise down.

There was only one kitchen knife (a bread knife) provided...expected a few more, but we managed with just the one.

The living room area could benefit from having a clock, but this was by no means a deal breaker...just a suggestion.

Not the apartment's fault here, but there's a Greek Government mandatory "Climate Resilience Tax" of €2 per night that is payable on departure by all tourists. It would have been nice to have known this prior to arriving. It's not a huge amount but if you don't have the budget for it, it could come as a surprise.

Pros:

Location is very nice , clean and spacious , with all needed facilities. Just few steps from center of Elounda which is a tourist attraction with plenty of restaurants , bars and shops . Maria is a wonderful host offering precious information about places to visit .
