Les tables carrées dans l'espace petit déjeuner ont un design désastreux: il est impossible de s'asseoir sans se cogner les rotules.
Il faut absolument assurer la maintenance des appareils dans la salle de fitness: lubrifier les machines serait un minimum.
Il est anormal que de lourds travaux soient effectués à partir de 06h00 du matin, surtout un samedi. Cela résonne dans tout le bâtiment et trouble le repos de la clientèle.
Le choix de boissons est parfois trop réduit.

The location, facilities and service

The staff is very helpful and ready to serve. The room was spacious overlooking a lovely view of the mountains in Blantyre. The room was clean and had everything you would need on a business trip.
The breakfast was more than enough to eat however, there were not many options of food that was not "fried", or starchy. I always end up eating the green beans for breakfast coupled with an omelet as the other options are too oily or deep fried.
The Crossroads is a hotel where the staff really makes the place. Impeccable service and a big big thank you to the room cleaning staff that just did the room perfectly for 10 days straight (2 consecutive bookings).
The only issue at the Crossroads is that rooms are very inconsistent. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor have in my experience been a bit less clean and the amenities (shower/toilet) tend to be quite older. I wish there was more consistency.
