My stay at this so-called 4-star hotel was a huge disappointment and, above all, I felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. The room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained — the curtains didn’t close properly, allowing light in early in the morning and completely compromising both privacy and rest.

The shower was unacceptable. The water pressure was so weak that taking a proper shower was nearly impossible.
Things only got worse. We didn’t even have enough bath towels when we arrived, and there was no phone in the room to call reception. When we ran out of toilet paper, I had to go all the way down to the front desk (from the third floor, with no elevator), and was told it would be brought to the room in 2 minutes. An hour passed — nothing. I went back down and found both reception staff casually scrolling on their phones. Only then did they reluctantly bring it.
The breakfast was extremely poor — the only options were fries and a couple of sad, unappetizing items. No variety, no fresh food, no quality.
The room itself was in unacceptable condition. There were insects smashed on the walls, and the bed didn’t even have proper sheets. I honestly cannot understand how this place can be rated 4 stars. It doesn’t even meet the basic standards of a 2-star hotel.

The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout. On top of everything, I ended up leaving the hotel after just one night because I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. They refused to refund any part of the amount paid, which I find completely unacceptable given the appalling conditions.

The only positive thing I can say is the proximity to the Pyramids — but even that is not worth the rest of the nightmare.

Do yourself a favor: avoid this hotel entirely. There are much better and safer options nearby for the same price. This place should not be operating as a hotel.

Very ordinary hotel.
Pros:

The things I liked were the location, its proximity to the pyramids, and the safety of the area, not the hotel.

Cons:

Sounds from the reception until midnight. The staff and some young men keep talking loudly, which made me call them several times and knock on the window that leads to the stairs to lower their voices.

The price is right and maybe other rooms are better but ours was noisy and uncomfortable.
Pros:

We were on the top floor and it was noisy. We had a great view of the Great Pyramids but overall the bed was not comfortable and the room was old and although clean I have stayed in better for the same price.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfotable. Shower had hot water but was not easy to operate.

Pros:

Excellent value and with a great view of the Pyramids. Very friendly staff who will help with any questions. Shower was fine, beds were comfy and even has a fridge in room

You have a nice view of the pyramids at the roof top. You get what you pay for really. Place is around a lot of convenient stores.

Cons:

They tried to take our phone to post the review for us when we checked out. The wifi also did not work for us during our stay.
