The facilities were fantastic, offering stunning views, a great swimming pool, and plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a perfect place to relax and disconnect, while still being conveniently close to Bogotá. The weather was excellent as well! You’ll find basketball and football courts, rana, ping pong, and the pool. We had so much fun spending time there with family and friends!
I didn’t enjoy my experience at the restaurant. The food took a long time to be served, it was expensive, and it wasn’t very delicious. We ordered pork, which came out really tough, as well as steak, which wasn’t good either. Overall, the food wasn’t great. I will stay again, but I truly feel the restaurant needs some improvements. Another issue was at night—they didn’t turn off the lights, so we couldn’t sleep. I had to ask them twice to do that. Besides that I believed food was expensive.
Me gusto mucho el servicio, los alrededores muy lindos. La llegada es un poco sinuosa pero eso precisamente es lo que hace que el paisaje sea increible. Muy bonito que tengan cultivos y animales.
La piscina podria ser un poco mas caliente, o al menos el jacuzzi. Por ser de paneles solares casi no acumulaba calor.

La atención, la amabilidad, la disposición del las personas que nos atendieron, el ambiente y la posibilidad de descanso.
Me permito sugerir que instalen pasamanos de seguridad en la zona húmeda del baño de la habitación para evitar riesgo de caida con los adultos mayores.
El paisaje la tranquilidad, que se puede hacer senderismo, hay juegos y jacuzzi
Todo estuvo muy bien tal vez falta un poco de mantenimiento al baño se le salía el agua de la bañera y había gotera en un cuarto
La amabilidad del personal, la tranquilidad del hotel
Hay que hacer algunas adecuaciones locativas, las camas para parejas deben ser de tamaño doble o king size

Los almuerzos, la carne demasiado dura, pollo del sancocho sin sabor
Es un lugar muy bonito, muy tranquilo y el personal es súper mega amable.
Se recomienda generar un mapa e indicaciones de llegada. El gigoló maps, nos envió una ruta de llegada muy compleja, casi inaccesible. Y luego de regresarnos por seguridad, el waze si envió la correcta

La atención del personal es de las mejores que he recibido en un hotel y no estoy exagerando. Además, todo estaba limpio y el lugar es muy tranquilo y relajante.
Casi todos los hoteles tienen estación o mesita para servir tinto, donde hay una greca o termo sencillo y el huesped se sirve su tintico. Me sorprendió enormemente que un hotel cafetero cobre el tinto, además era un tinto increiblemente pequeño y bastante costoso.
El hotel es muy bonito, el aseo de las habitaciones estaba muy bien, realmente es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo. La atención del personal es muy buena, todos son muy amables y hay muchas actividades para hacer en familia. Algo muy bueno para resaltar, es que la energía se obtiene por medio de paneles solares, lo cual es demasiado bueno para la sostenibilidad.

Lo único que deben mejorar es cuando uno llega a la portería, es un poco demorado que le abran la puerta y la carretera de la portería hasta las instalaciones muy angosta, solamente cabe un solo vehículo, lo demás perfecto
