Wonderful view from apartment A29, but it’s pot luck which room you actually get. I complained after being given a ground floor room when I specifically requested a balcony, room with a view. This was given and I was then content.
Be warned! Photos do not reflect the actual apartments which are in need of major TLC. What is being sold as luxury apartments, is poorly reflected in reality.
The properties should be annually refreshed. Stools on balcony were just basically a plastic, hard stained painters stool. Not impressed! Property itself needed repairs as window slats were broken, tv unit the same… I was concerned about the bedroom walls and felt a discount should have been considered to reflect the issues… but this was not given and this is a shame; for this reason I can’t recommend nor guarantee the perfect stay.
However, comfortable bed with a brilliant view of the sea. AC very good.
A warning should be given in bold before booking…No lift!!!!! Too many stairs for myself (knee issues).
Warning!!!Internet is very poor here and frequently cuts out.

I gave up on that after endlessly trying to obtain a signal!
Some may say….”why not call for help?” But think about it… when you are on a short 3 night break, should you have to spend the majority of your time asking and waiting for help to rectify simple issues, which should have been checked before renting? I think not!
Do not use the restaurant as overpriced. I ordered breakfast and the cost for 2 bits of bacon was ridiculous!!!
I had to call the owner/manager because I had forgotten the door code and I must say, they were very helpful and accommodating 😉

A lot of maintenance issue in unit. The bed is broken and fell on my foot. Fortunately it did not cause injury. The shower handle is broken and also fell close to mine and my guess feet. Some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were partially unscrewed as a way to save on energy, unfortunately one fell while conducting hygiene and exploded on the sink sending glass everywhere. Fortunately again no serious injury were caused by this.

Black garbage bags are needed inside the room to change The one That is in the bin inside the room and take it outside the waste and put in waste tank daily and put more variety of products to offer inside the hotel and in the lounge in the swimming pool and like this clients don’t needed buy food and drinks outside if you have a good offer inside the hotel we can buy in there also put an electronic cash terminal for collect from the costumer with visa card o Mastercard and not only in cash how they do it now and something very important are open the door that connects the hotel with the Ochi bay beach ok the rest of the thing in the hotel are ok and in general and I give them congratulations and good recommendation.
It was clean, close to the town, close to all the attractions i wanted to go to, free beach pass. So much that i love about this place.
Staff not too friendly. The host doesn’t check up on you. The only time i get a call from the host is 20 minutes before my check out time which is 11am to let me know that there is some other guest they are expecting and if i have left the room as yet because there are house keepers around. Really?!!? My check out time is 11am!!! I understand if i get call at 11:01 but not 10:40.

There was no warm or hot weather in the room. I have been coming to the facility for 2 years and this has been an issue.
The location was in the center of everting, ideal!
No food on site however you will get a full kitchen to cook for yourself.
Closeness to town rooms were nice
No one was there to check us in, we had to wait about an hour and a half before we could get in our apartment.
The location was fantastic in the heart of Ocho Riios near shops, beach, and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and presented a lovely ambience. It was a self-catering accommodation, and everything you need was available. The grounds are impeccable, and the lawns are neatly manicured. I look forward to visiting again and I would recommend it. The onsite restaurants offer a wide range of Jamaican cuisines.

The location was excellent, couldn't of asked for a better location. Swimming pool and beach front.
We had 3 separate apartments, the 2 in D block were good, beautiful sea views, fully equipped. However the 1 in E block was very disappointing, in dire need of updating and kitchen not very well equipped.
